Located in the Oltrarno area called Borgo San Frediano ("the coolest neighbourhood in the world" according to Lonely Planet), you can walk to all the main attractions in less than 20 minutes: Piazza Santo Spirito, Uffizi Gallery, Piazza del Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and many others.

This completely refurbished apartment can comfortably host up to 4 guests: 2 king-size bedrooms with 2 fully equipped bathrooms, an open space kitchen, the patio and the private garden will make you feel like you never left your home. The place is equipped with air conditioning in each room, brand-new appliances, high-quality furniture and all kind of amenities.
The light blue bedroom is warm and spacious: the king-size bed, the en-suite bathroom with a big shower and a vast wardrobe will satisfy all your needs when travelling to Florence. A 40-inch HD Smart TV is found inside the wardrobe. The choice of pillows will help you get a smooth rest. USB sockets on both sides of the bed will allow you to charge your devices directly. The sunlight from the window brightens the room while the shatters and the curtains will keep the room fully dark at night.
The light green bedroom is shiny and cosy: similarly to the first one, it features a king-size bed, a great wardrobe and a 40-inch HD Smart TV. The window faces the private garden and if you love the sunlight you can leave the shatters open to enjoy the morning sunshine. The fully equipped bathroom is just two steps away, the shower is ample and you’ll find all you need to refresh yourself.
The open space kitchen and dining area are beautifully decorated. The white fully equipped kitchen shines and the wall behind the dining table spread colours and emotions throughout the whole room. Enjoying some homemade meals couldn't be easier and safer with an induction hob and all the tools you'll find. An HD Smart Tv is present also here.
