It was so good to have a washing machine so we could catch up on laundry and they even provided the washing detergent! The place is super clean and well maintained. 24 hr check in is great! The facilities and amenities are amazing and well thought out! The location is literally between the station and all the stunning tourist sites and shops. Perfectly appointed for both directions! We will be back! Thank you for a great stay in Florence!

Location, cleanliness, AC and amenities.
I thought it could use an extra pillow and blanket for the upstairs couch. A couple small wash cloths would also be nice.
