We rarely had hot water. On the last day it finally worked.

Very roomy, with comfortable beds and great showers.

The location was great. The street was a little noisy with a band playing and the bells ringing in the morning but that was a good memory. The photos make the place look bigger than it was but accommodated our 7 people nicely.
The inconvenience of trying to meet someone at a certain time as you are traveling was difficult. Riccardo was responsive and accommodating. It felt like the people contacting me through email (Riccardo’s boss) were not very friendly and it felt like they did t really want people to stay there.
