Service was friendly and very nice! View was amazing, bed was pretty hard, room was pretty small along with the shower. But was worth it for the view. Can be noisey if going to be earlier in the evening.

Duomo view wasn’t a lie! Can’t really beat that! Excellent little B&B - very welcoming, location great, perfect for getting around from. Breakfast was perfectly good Room is a good size. Bathroom could maybe do with an upgrade but not too bad Would definitely go again

The view of the Duomo can’t be beat. It was the main reason we booked this stay. And it has a lift!! Take note the lift can only hold one person at a time (w luggage) and two if without luggages but all of that is great as opposed to lugging your stuff to the third floor lol. It was the prime spot for dining and shopping. The SMN station is also walkable from this spot. As it is in the piazza, it can get loud at night (everyone is on vacation, so that’s understandable) you can just close the windows. We were warmly greeted by the hosts and given clear instructions on elevator, breakfast, etc. It was the perfect stay for our holiday.

This place is beautiful! You get the best view of the duomo right when you open the windows. Just FYI, You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the first floor to reach the elevator so pack light or not, up to you! It’s a very nice location close to everything! Staff were also amazing!

Comfortable, clean stay in prime location near the Duomo and Baptistery. Great staff. Can get a little noisy at night with windows open, but if you close them you can't hear anything. Breakfast is simple and delivered to your room: coffee, juice, croissant, rusks and jam. Have stayed before and will stay again!

Location, location, location. Open the window and there is The Baptistery of St. John and Cathedral of Santa Maria. The room was clean and comfortable. My room only had one chair, and it is small...and that is perfect for a place to get rest and see Florence.

This B&B will not be for everyone but for us it was great. The location simply couldn't be better. The staff were also lovely. For the room we had the we had to go outside the room to go to the bathroom, only we had the key for this. The staff were there in morning and they served breakfast in your room as the time you specify. The breakfast itself is simply but tasty. Although the coffee wasn't great, a disappointment when one is visiting Italy). From our room we had an incredible view of the Duomo. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. If you are looking for a place to facilitate visit central Florence and understand that this is an old building consider it.

I did a lot of research when I booked this B&B, the location is perfect! Can't get it better than right next to the duomo and the price was so good! The host is very nice, the bed and pillows are tempur-pedic, very comfortable and the room is clean, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a short walk from the train station, so easy to get to. A light breakfast every morning (you fill out a piece of paper each night in the lobby and they prepare it for you at the time you request) , but the hotel is located steps from the Duomo, and only a few blocks in any direction to every other attraction. We got lucky and had one of the rooms that overlooked the square w the Duomo in it. The hotel is the entire floor of a building. This one is on the 4th floor I think. The building does have an elevator, but you have to climb 1 flight of stairs before you get to the elevator. Another great thing about here, is that they give you a code for the door to the building, as well as a code to enter the hotel on the floor. So, you don’t have to use a key until your actual room door inside the hotel. We would absolutely stay here again.

We we're fortunate to to get the room with the view of the Duomo - and it's beautiful! My wife and I LOVED our stay here and the croissants they gave us with breakfast were the BEST that we've had so far on our world trip (we're currently 4 months and 25 countries into our trip, so that's saying something). The staff were very friendly and the room was cozy. They are also working on renovating the place, so I'm sure it's just going to keep getting better :) BTW: we just had backpacks so taking the 2-person lift up 3 floors was no problem. And taking the stairs down is easy too. We would definitely stay here again.

Shower and bathroom is very small (typical for the area) but they provided soaps and a blow dryer. Fair warning, there are a LOT of steps to get to the room. They have a small elevator, but it's for luggage. So don't expect to put grandma and her wheelchair in there.
