Shower was not clean.

Location, size, somewhat comfortable.
WiFi didn’t work / not properly connected to router. Towels old, bathroom tired. No hot water in kitchen. Not enough hangers in wardrobe. No towel to dry dishes.

It was fine for us, but the 4 flights of stairs might be too much for older people.

3 flights of stairs - this was not disclosed , bathroom door gave no privacy couldn’t close all the way. Hot/cold water issues in shower.
