Perfecte ligging voor een city trip Firenze: in het hartje van de stad. Correcte locatie en de faciliteiten waren in de lijn van de omschrijving.

Central location for sightseeing etc. Lots of cafes and eateries. Nice buzz about it.

Pros: - The apartment is in a great location, situated in a building with an elevator, which is a big plus. - The apartment itself looks good and is well laid out. - It's ideal for two couples or a family, with enough space and a comfortable setup

Cons: -Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. - Arrival & Check-in: I was traveling by motorcycle and encountered heavy traffic. Since it's difficult to respond to messages or calls while riding, I arrived 10 minutes later than planned and was charged €20 for being late — without receiving a receipt. That felt unfair and unprofessional. - House Rules: It's stated that guests must take out the trash or risk a fine, which feels overly strict and unwelcoming for a short stay. - Sleeping Arrangements: The bed upstairs is not a queen bed as listed, but rather a pull-out couch — and an uncomfortable one at that. This should really be replaced with a proper bed and the listing updated accordingly. - Air Conditioning: The AC unit in the living room needs maintenance — even on the highest setting, it wasn’t cooling the room properly. - Cleanliness: This was the biggest issue. While the beds, floors, and countertops were clean, the rest of the apartment was far below expectations: ---Dust was visibly collecting on light fixtures and on top of furniture (some of it even blowing down from the AC). ---The showers were stained with limescale and not functioning properly. ---The washing machine smelled strongly of mold. ---Overall, the apartment is in desperate need of a deep clean. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests — the apartment has great potential with just a bit more care and attention to detail.
