The location was really in the heart of the city, close to all tourist attractions. The host was very responsive and helpfull. Everything was perfect.
There is no microwave oven, but we used the cooking machine oven. Also there was no TV, but no problem, it was not necessary, Florence gives you a lot of reasons not to use TV, you have what to see.

Everything wad in a word: ‘perfect’. This really is an gem that is right in the middle of Florence. Everything was such a short walk. The only issue we had was that there was no hot water upon arrival. Though the host came to fix it within 30 minutes so this can definitely not be seen as an downside of the apartment. Just to indicate the good service they provide. The check in and entry of the place was as good as I could hope for. If I was to return to Florence, it would be here. We stayed here with 6 guys, place could easily accommodate 1 more if needed.

We really liked the location, truly in the heart of the city. Great walking distance to all of the sights. We especially enjoyed Catholic mass on Sunday in English at the Santi Apostali.
Driving in the heart of Florence is difficult, if not impossible. This information would have been helpful before we got tangled up and lost. Our “host” was uncooperative to assisting us in finding our way or even finding parking.
