Location! AC worked great. Spread out sleeping areas.

4 flights of stairs.

Location was excellent! It’s very central to everything. The apartment was quite spacious as well.

It was not easy to locate the entrance to the building as the location on google map does not locate it properly. We had 2 apartments booked and they were on opposite ends with access via different staircases. The instructions there were not very clear. The AC in Melody was not cool enough and we had to clean the filters which made it better. The ‘kitchen’ was very small but we mainly just used the refrigerator to store cold drinks. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Also, we had thought all apartments had a washing machine but apparently Sinfonia doesn’t but I don’t believe it was clearly noted on booking.com.

We loved the location of the apartment, it was so close to everything Florence had to offer. The air conditioning worked perfectly, we really enjoyed it after a long hot day.

With the amazing location also came a lot of noise. Part of our party couldn’t fall asleep until past 4am most nights until people cleared off the streets because of where the pull out sofas were located.

The location was great, apartment was spatious and had everything we needed for our stay.

When we arrived the key wasn’t there, and someone else was in the place. They had just arrived and settled in, said they were confused, called and were given code for the key and told to stay at our place. We called and it got sorted, they had to go to a different place and we then could go in. No one checked to see if they had showered, slept on beds, etc. Lights in the stairwell didn’t work well and it was very dark!
