We loved the location of the apartment, it was so close to everything Florence had to offer. The air conditioning worked perfectly, we really enjoyed it after a long hot day.
With the amazing location also came a lot of noise. Part of our party couldn’t fall asleep until past 4am most nights until people cleared off the streets because of where the pull out sofas were located.

The location was great, apartment was spatious and had everything we needed for our stay.
When we arrived the key wasn’t there, and someone else was in the place. They had just arrived and settled in, said they were confused, called and were given code for the key and told to stay at our place. We called and it got sorted, they had to go to a different place and we then could go in. No one checked to see if they had showered, slept on beds, etc. Lights in the stairwell didn’t work well and it was very dark!

Great location, easy to get in, had everything we needed, cute kitchen, two full bathrooms, towels and pillows and beds comfortable, hosts responsive and organized
Could have better shades in front of house to shield from street light. Because it's central it's a bit loud in evening for those sleeping in the front room, living room is not a separate room but same as kitchen/dining area, internet wasn't working but they worked with us on it so I think it was a fluke
Should know that there is a single bed along with a double bed in the bedroom. We didn't expect a kid to be sleeping with us in there but it was ok
