Noise from the outside, no instructions on how to use the light in the stairwell.

The location was amazing. Uffizi and Piazza della Signiora are really close. The guy who checked us in was really kind.
The dish washing machine started leaking and the toilet had a problem because the water kept running. A bedroom had an opening to the building's hallway and whenever someone opened the light there it would enlighten the bedroom. We had to go up 5 floors with our luggage and it was horror.

The shutter in the main bedroom was trapped in the scaffold which meant the sun came in at 5 in morning, as you couldn't close shutter

L'appartement est idéalement situé, plein centre et avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants autour. Un coin salon, ce qui est appréciable et un ascenseur même si il est très lent et minuscule.
Les lits de la 2e chambre pas faits à l'arrivée bien que l'hôte nous ait rapidement remis des draps. Pour un séjour de 3 nuits une bouteille d'eau et 2 capsules de café et sachets de thé auraient été appréciés. Pas de bouilloire électrique et pas assez de prises électriques. Literie pas confortable et propreté moyenne des duvets et oreillers. La chambre côté rue est très bruyante et les volets laissent passer la lumière, un rideau occultant serait nécessaire.
