Goed contact met eigenaren, reageren snel via whatsapp. Prachtige locatie en mooi appartement met hoog plafond. Ondanks de hitte goed koel te krijgen en te houden.

Het bed stond niet waterpas maar dat kan waarschijnlijk niet. De douche is heel smal en lekt. Je kan niet in de nacht een raam open zetten

A very comfortable spacious apartment in a central location near the Bargello museum and perfect for seeing the city. Nice quality furniture and fittings. The person who greeted and gave us the keys was friendly and full of good tips. Everything you need for a pleasant stay in a beautiful historic building. The owner :/ manager answers messages quickly and is very helpful.

The location is great. Communication with the owner is easy.

However, if you arrive later than 19:00, they charge an extra 10 euros for key collection. This is not for arriving later than agreed and making them wait; it's just for arriving after 19:00. The beds are awful; they look like military camp beds, two small ones of different heights placed together. To reach the "bedroom", you have to climb up a spiral staircase, which is not easy if you have mobility issues. The same goes for the only window: to reach it, you have to climb a rickety two-step ladder, which is really unpleasant.
