We had a great stay in the appartment. Location is superb. It is air conditioned, kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine, and cleaning materials. The hosts Maximiliano and Orsolya were hospital, and allowed us to have a late checkout. Thank you very much.
Two disadvantages might impact your decision. The appartment is on second floor (US third), without an elevator so you need to carry your luggage on stairs. It’s above some bars/pubs so night be noisy at night. We didn’t feel it with closed windows and air conditioner, but YMMV. Owner gave us ear plugs which we didn’t need. Also note that the double bed is two singles connected. For me it was fine.

The host was great! He was there waiting with the keys. We were also checked up on a few times during our two day stay. Overall it is a great place that we will definitely use when we return to Florence!!

Great location in side street walking distance to all main attractions
The photos displayed were of 2 different apartments, make sure you read the description as l booked the 1 bedroom which is suitable for a couple but we were 4 adults. When the sofa is open in living room there is little living space.
