Comfortable apartment, well equipped and maintained, in an outstanding location, next to Basilica di Santa Croce.
We had no internet access. The host made several unsuccessful attempts to fix the wifi.

The location is great. Though it looks like a bit far from the beaten path, but Florence center is really small so it was just 7-10 minutes of walk. The apartment has full bathroom and another small just with the toilet and sink, which makes it nicer if you travel with family. It would've been 9 or 10 if not the issue with Internet.
The major issue was the internet. It's amazing how much information we get from it. When we moved in there was no instructions how to connect and the person checking us in didn't know it either. We called into the office and they were not aware either. We were asking for someone to call us during our entire 3 days stay without any luck. The person who checked us in, tried to bring a portable hot spot, but it worked only for about 30 minutes...
