Tiene muy buena ubicación, en el corazón de Florencia.
La descripción dice que tiene dos baños completos, pero lo correcto sería decir que tiene un baño y medio. El baño que está fuera de la habitación debe medir 2x2, entonces, aunque tiene regadera, está apunta directo al inodoro y no es posible utilizarlo para ducharse. Además, este mismo baño tenía una fuga de agua bastante grande. Desde que llegamos, la persona que entregó el departamento fue notificada de esta situación y su respuesta fue “es normal”. Esto me hace pensar que la fuga lleva años y nunca ha sido reparada. Entonces el baño estuvo todo el tiempo encharcado, mojado y pues hacer uso de él implicaba mojar los zapatos y por lo tanto toda la zona cercana al baño. El departamento está en un tercer piso de un edificio muy viejito, por lo tanto no cuenta con ascensor. Las escaleras para subir del segundo al tercer piso son sumamente pequeñas. No recomiendo este departamento para personas de la tercera edad o para familias con niños pequeños. El Wifi era muy muy muy malo.
