Zona abbastanza vicino al centro.
Gestore INESISTENTE, abbiamo avuto problema con il pulsante water che non funzionava e il telecomando tv non c'era. Abbiamo mandato SMS al gestore e chiamato, NESSUNO si è fatto vivo, ci ha mandato solo messaggio cercando di spiegarci come schiacciare pulsante water (presumo per prenderci pure in giro) e poi il SILENZIOSO NONOSTANTE LO ABBIAMO CHIAMATO ALMENO 4/5 v VOLTE. Abbiamo passato 3gg ad usare una pentola, riempirla d'acqua e svuotarla nel wc quando si usava.

Appartamento pulito e con vista sul lungarno
Il wc perdeva acqua, non funzionava il Wi-Fi, l host parlava solo inglese, il soffitto del soppalco è oggettivamente troppo basso e la scala per accedervi angusta e pericolosa.
