Great room, great location.

No cleaning products to do dishes!! When owner contacted was told none were supplied. Definitely didn't feel right to leave them but if not supplied then not my problem.

We enjoyed our time, the host was friendly. The accommodation was as listed but we had a few issues with cleanliness (I.

It was reasonably priced compared to the rest of the accommodation available in Florence but it was quite far away from the centre. It had a washing machine and kitchen (with oven). Any the host who we met was really nice. Comfy double bed, pull out couch was quite comfy.

Shower head was broken, the walls weren’t clean, limited utensils for the kitchen.

Quiet place, more customer care needed

The location is quiet, it seems like being in the countryside, even walking about a km can be reach bus 17 to downtown in 20 min, other side of the pedestrian bridge. There is a penny market near and a tasty restaurant (coconovo)

The cleanliness was not proper, under the sofa bed and the living room table was dirty, as well the extra baby cot. The cookware was damaged.

Well connected to the city with a bus and a tram (20 min). Nearby parks and walking areas, right next to the river. Blackout blinds on windows. Neat bathroom with infinite hot water. It’s a tall ceiling apartment so it’s a bit cold, but the AC is super powerful so the place gets warm in a matter of minutes.

Nothing that affected our overall awesome experience with the host who was super helpful about all our questions. There was an air freshener that smelled like a cheap hostel, but we put it outside and the smell went away. Driveway and building outside lighting is a bit faint, it’s a bit scary to come at night. That’s it.

The entire plumbing system failed on our first night and we spent hours bailing out sewage water. It was an awful disaster.

Cheap, great apartment, would visit again.

The place was incredibly big in comparison to alternative hotels we could have booked. Beds were super comfortable, showers worked fine, kitchen was nice - got nothing to complain about really. If you can bear with the slightly remote location (still only takes you like 45mins to get to the center), this is a fantastic place to stay at.

Great value.

Dedicated parking was great. There is a grocery store and very good restaurant short walking distance. Not far at all from centro. WiFi and air conditioning worked fine.

The mosquitoes are a real problem. Plan accordingly. The property managers weren’t receiving the messages I sent through the booking.com app. Luckily a neighbor texted one of the managers to let them know we were waiting. We were in that brutal 100 degree heat for an hour. TV never worked. It turned on but we never had a signal.

Disappointed

The only nice thing was Francesca who welcomed us.

First of all, the costs per night don‘t comply with the quality we have received. On the website, the renter promises enough place for five people, in reality there are only one double bed and one sofabed. In summary, only two people get to sleep comfortably and there is surely not enough space for sleep for five people. Furthermore, the bed covers, hand towels and so on are dirty and have a bad smell. In addition, the apartment is in a bad area which gives the guests a bad gut feeling and a lack of safety. We wouldn’t recommend it at all and should have rent a hotel with the same amount of money for better service.

Disappointing

Big apartment and free parking.

The apartments are far from the center. It takes about 30 minutes by car. By public transport about 1.5 hours with 2 transfers. Keep in mind that transport runs very rarely (1 time per hour). The apartment is very dark, the windows do not open. The toilet has problems with the barrel. I do not recommend choosing this place!

Decent size apartment, fairly priced, two bathrooms.

Large apartment, useful to have two bathrooms, aircon worked well. Nice and helpful host who was responsive.

We were eaten alive with mosquitos in this place, but I think its to do with the area with surrounding greenery, it would be useful to purchase a repellent. Old style, but this didnt really spoil the apartment at all, as with older style apartments they are much larger. Not the best location, but it is opposite a supermarket and you can walk to the nearest tram stop in 18 minutes.

Maybe for 2 people and short time it's ok, but for more I honestly DO NOT recommend.

The location was quite ok, easy to reach city center by tram, about 20min. There was free parking area next to the apartment.

1. Cleanliness: The apartment was cleaned very poorly, the floor looked like not washed, there were missing sheets and pillows for 5 people (not enough bedclothes), and moreover they stank cigarrete smoke and naphthalene. A lot of dust in the living room. 2. Offer vs Reality: The photos looks much better than the reality. The patio wasn't pleasant at all, looked like a place where unnecessary items are stored (books, furniture) 3. Beds comfort: the king bed was comfortable, but the small unfolding bed for the 5th person was a joke. Disintegrated, dirty mattress (on photos). Sofa for 2 people in the salon was sagging. 4. The guy who was delivering the keys wasn't helpful at all: when I didn't know how to pay climate tax. instead of sending me exact link, I just got the message "please make payment through booking". While you receive a lot of messages it's not easy to follow everything. Moreover, he insisted to send him on Whatsapp our ID card photos (which we were ok to show to verify our identity, but in person), which is unsafe practice. It was too much contact with this agent than I'd expect.

Great location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything that was needed was provided in order to clean and prepare some food including a coffee machine. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Very recommended.

Encomiabile la disponibilità dei ragazzi: avevamo inavvertitamente lasciato le chiavi all'interno dell'appartamento ed in meno di 1h sono venuti a riaprirci. I bambini hanno apprezzato molto il divano-letto. Arredamento in stile rustico in legno massello. Posizione molto comoda: a 5' a piedi dal parco delle Cascine, 2' dalla fermata dell'autobus verso il centro e dal vicino discount. Parcheggio privato incluso nel prezzo.

Parcheggio e adiacenze un po' fangose: la macchina si è sporcata subito.

Der var ingen køkkenrulle, kaffe,, the, sukker salt, peber, olie, ecc. og ingen håndsæbe eller vaskemiddel. kun en toiletrulle, Der var intet gjort ud af at man følte sig velkommen, og der var heller ingen hilsen fra ejerne. Og ham der afleverede nøglerne var meget kort for hovedet og gjorde sig ikke umage med at forklare ting ordentligt og efterlod mig med en dør som vi ikke kunne åbne. Jolie petite maison de Florence attention à la ZTL

La maison est une petite maison en cohabitation avec plusieurs autres. Maison.. Une belle petite propriété très jolie . Notre contact qui nous a permis d’arriver à bonne destination, il a été très gentil avec nous.

Le deuxième jour, en voulant sortir de notre maison, nous avons pris la nationale et au retour nous nous sommes aperçus que nous habitions dans une zone ZTL. Je rappelle que si nous dépassons une zone TL pour les touristes ou les noms riverains. Nous avons droit à une amende si vous louer une voiture, vous avez le droit à 50 € de plus d’amende pour les frais d’administratif. Nous avons contacté notre personne qui s’occupait de notre location, il nous a informé que nous étions passés par une rue qui n’était pas une ZTL à notre arrivée et qu’il fallait qu’on retrouve cette rue. Nous avons mis toute une après-midi sous une chaleur étouffante pour essayer de retrouver cette rue, mais nous étions bloqués sur toutes les rues notifié.ZTL. À la fin de la journée, nous avions demandé à cette personne de venir nous chercher au bout de notre rue, ou la maison y était et de leur énumérer pour qu’il nous amène à la rue sans cette zone afin de retrouver notre maison. J’ai proposé une rénumération mais rien n’est fait, il nous a laissé tomber. Nous avons dû prendre la rue principale qui donne à notre maison. Qui était donc une zoneZTL. Nous aurons sûrement par la suite une belle amende. Si vous devez sortir de ce logement, vous êtes obligés de sortir de cette zone. À chaque fois que nous rentrons dans cette zone, nous sommes susceptibles de recevoir une contravention, donc je vais recevoir sûrement trois amendes, sachant que je suis resté quatre jours dans ce logement et que nous sommes sortis trois fois. Pourtant, j’avais bien demandé avant cette location si nous étions dans une zone ZTL. Il m’avait bien précisé que non. Nous étions hors de cette zone, malheureusement je vais en subir les conséquences. Pareil pour les petits patelin autour nous sommes obligés de rentrer par ces zones en question et donc verbalisation supplémentaire.

Séjour agréable au calme

L’appartement était grand, le plus c’est d’avoir cette chambre parentale avec sa propre salle de bain.l’emplacement était très agréable au calme, un immense parc juste dernière. Le tramway est à 19 mn à pied, malheureusement lors de notre séjour il y avait des travaux donc ne nous déposait pas en ville. Des bus sont également à proximité . Il est situé en hors ZTL .présence d’une cour partagée ce qui est agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner dehors au calme avec pour seul compagnon 2 tortues.

Pas terrible et cher pour les prestations !

Calme, spacieux, 2 salles de bain. Proche arrêt de bus. Parking privé à l'ombre en face du portail. Bonne pression de douche. Réactivité de l'équipe : il manquait les draps pour le lit d'appoint qui nous ont été déposés le soir tard sans problème. Merci. Le gérant kalum est sympathique.

L'appartement est sale !! Nous avons bougé le gros meuble du salon pour mettre le lit d'appoint pour notre 3 ème enfant ( les 2 autres dormaient dans le canapé lit): des moutons énormes sous le meuble avec des cigarettes cassées également. Vaisselle sale , tapis non aspiré correctement. Un mur moisi dans la chambre. Il n'y avait que 4 fourchettes pour nous 5, pas de cafetière, pas d'épluche légumes, un four mais pas de plat pour y mettre de la nourriture à chauffer ni de manique pour ne pas se brûler les mains... ( Nous avons acheté du papier sulfurisé du coup) Et utilisé une serviette de toilette pour ne pas nous brûler. Pas de torchon. La cour est comme une brocante délabrée avec des cagettes qui traînent, des meubles cassés empilés ... Bouilloire pleine de calcaire et le must : la machine à laver qui sent pire que le moisi ( avec de l'eau croupie dans le joint donc impossible de s'en servir !). Le lit d'appoint est sale et la mousse est complètement défoncée, nous avons mis les couvertures sous le matelas pour que notre fils n'ait pas encore mal au dos ! Les cadavres de moustiques écrasés partout sur les murs ... Les enfants étaient très déçus et nous également. Avec l'invasion de moustiques nous n'avons pas du tout ouvert les fenêtres. D'ailleurs les tringles à rideaux sont à changer ! Ne tiennent pas et l'une d'elle tient avec le ressort et pas d'embout pour le maintenir.
