The apartment is very big and very close to the city center, 5 min by tram. The tram station is 2 min from the building. The apartment is fully equipped, even the kitchen. Very comfortable and the owner is very helpful with anything.

Honestly, everything was so cool. This place is the place to stay if you want to live like a local for a while. It's right next to the local convenience store, and a two minute walk to the train station that goes to the city centre. It feels very safe and is very cozy. I would stay here a thousand times over and hope to bring my family here soon!

Very nice and clean apartment. It's located near big supermarket and also tram station where you can travel easily for example to Santa Maria Novella train station. Beds were comfy and balcony was nice for mountain view.
The key to main entrance door didn't work and I tried to ask about it. We had to use the doorbell to get in every time we entered.
