Beliggenheden var god, tæt på tram direkte til centrum. Soveværelset var flot og mindede om et hotelværelse. Der var aircondition i alle rum.
Det var tydeligt at se på indretningen at det er nogens lejlighed. Stuen var ikke hyggelig og sofaerbe føltes ikke rene. Der var rester af myg på væggene. Og der var ikke nok toiletpapir, og manglede salt og pepper. Wifi virkede ikke.

Gute Lage: In zehn Minuten ist man am Arno, auf dem Weg gibt es einen täglich stattfindenden Markt, überall gibt es sehr gute kleine Cafès - Bar & Pasticceria -, die Straßenbahn ist zwei Minuten entfernt.
