Michela's house

The location is with good transport connection. There are Pizza restaurants and shops nearby. Maihaela is very polite and nice girl. It was very clean and comfy.

A little bit noisy considering that it is on a main street with traffic

Tutto !! Il calore dell ospitalità sia da parte dello Staff sia quando entri in casa , dotata di tutti i confort, split in ogni stanza anche jn cucina letto comodo ampi balconi e soprattutto pulitissima, ascendore sempre attivo ed la tranvia che con 10 minuti ti porta alla stazione centrale inoltre Chiara è starà una super host sempre presente disponibile ed attenta alle nostre esigenze con risposta immediata e questo contraddistingue non poco le qualità di una struttura i miei complimenti al top delle classifiche

It was very clean. The host left us a small welcome pack of water, a couple of tins of soft drinks, pasta & bottle of sauce, and some crackers which was very thoughtful. It was close to the tram stop for the line to the main SMN train station. It was quicker to walk to central Florence & the main attractions, although be aware it is a good 40-55 minute walk into the centre and we are regular walkers.

It was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. Noise from the traffic on the roads, the tram and a barking dog. We could hear the neighbours tv and them coughing. No shelves in the bathroom, although there are screws to indicate there was at one time. The apartment is tired and could do with a refurbishment. It is definitely not what we would call superior. The only communal place is around the small table in the kitchen on very hard, uncomfortable chairs.
