I can't recommend.

Spacious apartment, free private parking in the yard, large comfortable double bed, kitchen with lots of cooking essentials, plate of candy, coffee, tea, bath. Very close to the grosery shop, 7 min walk to tram stop.

The sofa bed creaks, the street door is very loud, the windows are closed with shutters that creak loudly. The apartment is on the first floor, it is impossible to go out onto the terrace quietly because of the shutters. Without them, the windows cannot be closed, there are no curtains. Mosquitoes. The bathtub is very narrow. The apartment has not been cleaned: the bathtub has not been washed, there are crumbs on the chairs in the kitchen, the dishes are not washed yet - I had to wash them, the dish sponge is old and repeatedly used, the rag is dirty and smelly, the kitchen towels are stained, the refrigerator is uncleaned, stains on the cabinet doors, the doors to the rooms, dirt in the corners. The owner did not respond to messages for a long time. This is the first time I have encountered this. It feels like I overpaid and it is just unpleasant. I'm very sorry that I had to write such a review.

This was a very comfortable, multi-room, and spacious apartment. The kitchen was excellently equipped, including a coffee machine with a supply of coffee. It also featured a balcony and a washing machine for use. The bathroom had a bathtub rather than a shower. The cleanliness was impeccable. There was private parking available. Getting to the historical part of the city was very convenient by tram, with a stop just a 5-minute walk from the property. The owner, Simone, was exceptionally kind.

Lage und Grösse perfekt parkplatz im Hof Wir hatten einen voll gepackten Touran blue motion der setzte an dem abgesägten Eisenpfosten in Mitte der Toreinfahrt auf Vorher anschauen - sicher nicht für tiefergelegte Autos SUV kein Problem

Es war on der nacht über uns unerträglich laut Laute Schritte mit high heels erst als die Bewohner um 5 Uhr morgens das Haus verliesen konnten wir schlafen ( war wohl eine Party)

Wi-Fiが新しくなっていた。キッチン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、バスタブつきバスルーム、ドラム式洗濯機、鍵付き専用駐車場、主要観光地へトラム、バス等で約30分、徒歩5-10分でスーパーマーケットがある。ほぼ、100%希望通りの宿泊施設でした。

Piso cómodo, amplio en zona tranquila, algo alejado del centro, pero con el tranvía cerca de casa.

Como sugerencia podría dejar un lector para poder tirar las basuras en los contenedores, pues aunque nosotros en el apartamento solo desayunábamos y no generavamos muchos residuos, no podíamos tirar las basuras en los contenedores.

Logement pratique et agréable à proximité du centre historique

Vaste appartement bien équipé, dans une résidence calme, à proximité de la station de tramway Talenti (5-10 minutes à pied). Parking à l'arrière de l'immeuble, place dédiée. Simona est une hôtesse à l'écoute et très réactive. Nous recommandons ce logement sans réserves pour son bon rapport qualité-prix.

Te sientes cómo en casa

Te sientes cómo en casa, funciona todo,el horno, microondas, cafetera... comimos varios días en casa ,tiene el parking privado justo detrás del apartamento, está un poco retirado pero es lo que íbamos buscando,en Florencia no se podíamos acceder con el coche de alquiler. Tienes una carpeta con mapa,marcado las paradas de autobuses cercanas y supermercados cerca. tiene sistema de calefacción mediante caldera para todo el bloque,se puede regular( a las 12 de la noche se desactiva automáticamente y vuelve a funcionar por la mañana temprano) también tenía aire acondicionado.
