Amazing stay

The property was very good, very clean, better than the pictures, so comfy, a treasure inside town. Well explained to get inside the house. The metro was very close, easy to access, but even by bike we came back one day and was okay.

Little things needs to improve, but nothing that bothered so much, only: have more kitchen equipments like forks and knives + defrost the fridge beforehand so that things can fit in the freezer.

Wouldn’t recommend

Location was easy to navigate routes into the city, using maps, no help given by the accommodation.

The apartment wasn’t clean, there were dead insects inside the apartment. It was very hot as there is one room with three floors. Air con would turn off in the middle of the night. On arrival, there was a loose wire beside the shower which we assumed starts the shower however a loud alarm began to ring. I had to contact the accommodation and after 15 minutes they turned it off. The apartment is right beside the main entrance to the building so you wake up with every open/ close of the front door. Our apartment door wasn’t very sturdy. On our last day, there were three attempts at someone trying to break down the door. When I contacted the accommodation about this enquiring if it was them, they simply said it wasn’t. It’s not good enough to be afraid someone will break in, on three separate occasions. The shower was cold every time we used it- I also explained this to the accommodation and they stated they hadn’t heard this before. There is only one window, that leads directly out to the street which doesn’t feel safe to open and it’s very dark inside. Accommodation was fine to see the city and just sleep in but if you are looking for a nice, comfortable stay with windows and would like to feel safe/ well looked after by the host- this isn’t it.

Disappointed stay

The bathroom was good

The apartment was not flat. For old people is not good at all. For people who likes to sleep tight is not good at all. There is 3 rooms up to each other with very tight stairs. The photos of the apartment are fake. The Host did not clean the apartment for the whole stay. One more thing. When I asked for iron before checking, the Host hide it in the kitchen cabinet and he didn't tell me where is it untel the next day.

Camada cómoda bonito apartamento.

La calefacción era muy fuerte. La nevera hacia mucho ruido y solo conseguí ducharme un día, por que el agua caliente fue una vez y dejo de ir.

Non male ma neanche benissimo

Appartamento ben curato e accogliente.

peccato non abbiamo trovato una TV. L'appartamento posto all'interno di altre abitazioni, non vi sono tende sulle finestre, quindi non vi è privacy se si decide di aprire l'unica finestra che c'è, dato che da sulla stradina dove passano altre persone. Una delle due stanze, posta al piano inferiore sotto l'appartamento, sarà stato il periodo Ottobre, ma era gelida. 30 minuti a piedi dal centro città e da tutte le principali piazze.

Poteva andare sicuramente meglio per quanto abbiamo pagato, deludente.

La posizione sicuramente era ottima: appartamentino ben collegato al centro città con la tranvia.

Purtroppo sono molte le cose che non ci sono piaciute: - scarsissima pulizia (solo per questo non lo consiglio); - altissima presenza di zanzare e formiche; - mi avevano parlato di un giardino, a quanto pare inesistente perché si trattava di un altro appartamento di Villa Il mosaico; - mancanza di servizi essenziali (televisione, utensili nella cucina, olio, sale e zucchero); - finestre e porta d’ingresso andrebbero aggiustati; - vicini troppo rumorosi la notte; - la persona che ci ha accolto molto scorbutica ed antipatica. Quindi, mi dispiace ma non lo consiglio.
