Nice accommodation just outside the center

Beautiful interior and friendly owner and overall a good price-performance ratio

The shower was quite small and the bed a bit short, even though we're not particularly tall. The accommodation was also quite cold.

Great weekend stay for a tour of Florence museums

The accommodation is in a good location, just three tram stops from Santa Maria Novella or a short bus ride from Ponte Vecchio, certainly within walking distance from the city centre if need be. The accommodation was clean and good value for money. There's a well-stocked grocery store nearby with everything one may need. Highly recommendable

No curtains in the living room/kitchen window to the street seemed odd for a ground floor, but the window is sufficiently high that there's privacy. Not really anything to complain about in this accommodation.

It's Okay

Room is okay for me. Kitchen and kitchenware is ready for cooking. Quite far from supermarket. We can find good parking spot near this place. Overall is Nice clean and comfy. but it has some problems to be solve.

Internet is unavailable at the time I live it's about 2 day without any spare. Host only ask me to reset router. Until we left this place, internet sill not working.

Host is very helpful and will answer you quickly

The door is difficult to open and the shower room door also have some problem. Furthermore, the tax show in booking.com is Eur4 per head, we are totally 4 person and live for 3 night, Totally should be Eur48 but the host said that tax increase to Eur66. I don't understand ! ☹

It was close to the tram so we had easy access to city centre

The location is on a busy street and the windows did not offer any sound protection from the street. We had a hard time getting any rest. And to get to the bathroom we had to cross throw the bedroom where our friends were sleeping. It's definitely not a place for more then 2 people.

Good apartment, but our car was robbed in the parking

Good location. Comfy beds and pillows. Stable internet. Clean appartments, rather cold coz serious gap in glass door to yard.

Was found and booked on BookingCom as accomodation with parking, but in reality, it was suggested to park our car on public paid parking (10 min by walk to appartments). As it turned out parking had a bad reputation (we found out about this at Police where we registered an incident on parking). Resume: Car back window was broken and our belongings were stolen from the car. Address of parking: Via del Sansovino, 53, 50142 Firenze FI, Italy

Super complete apartment within a walking distance to the center

The apartment is equipped with anything you may need during your stay in Florence. Towels and linen are included. Also, coffee pods out of courtesy. It is pretty big, it has a small table outside the apartment in case you want to have dinner in the backyard of the apartment. The bed is very confortable and there are plug outlets by the night tables. In case you do not want to walk to the city center you can take the tram (two blocks away) or the bus (right on the corner).

Loved it

The apartment is bigger than it apperes in the pictures, new, clean and confortable. It has everything you need and more. The comunication with the host was very qick and easy, we got a response always instantly. Location is very nice, about 20 min from the center.

Gute und ruhige Unterkunft mit klarer Kommunikation, kleine Schwächen bei der Sauberkeit, aber insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Die Kommunikation und die Instruktionen zur Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr klar und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, aber dennoch gut erreichbar etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt sowie einen schönen Innenhof. Die Ausstattung war gut und alles Wichtige war vorhanden.

Bei der Ankunft war die Unterkunft noch nicht gereinigt, da der Reinigungstag noch bevorstand. Der Gastgeber hat das jedoch sofort geklärt, und wir konnten in der Zwischenzeit unsere Koffer abstellen und die Stadt erkunden. Nach unserer Rückkehr war alles sauber, nur der Boden wurde leider weder gesaugt noch gewischt.

Fijn verblijf in Florence

Fijn appartement om een week in te verblijven. Je moet door een hek met een code om er te komen, wat maakt dat ik mij heel veilig voelde in het appartement als vrouw alleen. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en binnen 10 min sta je in een hele leuke buurt met gezellige terrasjes en cafés. Comfortabel bed en fijne badkamer. Host reageert snel op alle vragen.

Het appartement is wat ver van het centrum vandaan, ongeveer 20-25 min lopen. De verlichting is erg ongezellig, het is vrij fel licht. Qua hygiëne kan het beter, een aantal keukenspullen waren niet schoon, er lag bijv een pan met etensresten in een kastje, en ook lagen er een aantal zwarte haren op de grond. Gelukkig wel genoeg schoonmaakspullen aanwezig!

Parfait pour visiter Florence, à 1/2h de marche du centre historique (agréable car on traverse un parc puis on longe l'Arno). Logement spacieux, mobiliers et literie très bien. Petit extérieur. Bien sécurisé par un code d'accès. Communication parfaite avec la propriétaire! Commerce et restaurant proche.

Le logement n'était pas nettoyé aux heures convenues sur Booking.

Buen sitio para visitar florencia

El tipo de apartamento al tener el patio cerrado, daba sensación de mucha seguridad y tranquilidad.

La calle es bastante transitada, y en general el sistema de aparcamiento de florencia no está bien explicado y las maquinas de pago no funcionaban, tuvimos que preguntar a la propietaria y nos reservó una justo en el patio interior a 20 euros la noche ( un poco caro) pero estava seguro y sin miedo a multas. El aire acondicionado no sale con mucha fuerza y le cuesta enfriar, por suerte no hizo días de mucha calor.

Il facile check in e il comodo letto. La cortesia e disponibilità dell’host.

Il riscaldamento acceso a orari determinati con l’unica alternativa di utilizzare le pompe di calore,l’umidità dell’appartamento che presenta anche macchie di muffa proprio nella camera da letto. La poca luminosità dell’immobile non aiuta di sicuro. Attenzione: il posto auto interno è piccolo e propostomi al costo di € 20 / gg che sulla scheda dell’appartamento non era indicato in modo trasparente.

La cucina attrezzata e la vicinanza a i mezzi pubblici.

Purtroppo non è per niente pulito. I cuscini e piumone hanno aloni gialli, molta polvere sparsa su i mobili. La via in cui si trova l'appartamento è molto trafficata e non si riesci a dormire.

Emplacement idéal, proche sortie autoroute et à 30 mn à pied du centre. Restaurants à - de 5mn très propre, équipements suffisants.

En bordure de rue fréquentée et bruyante, canapé lit moyennement confortable. Idéal pour 2 personnes. Chauffage mal réglé (trop chaud la nuit et pas assez dans la journée)

Correcte

L'apartament té les coses bàsiques que necessites per a passar uns pocs dies i és força espaiós i net. No està al centre però s'hi pot arribar amb transport públic o caminant uns 20 minuts. Vam poder deixar-hi les maletes abans de l'hora d'entrada del check in.

Tot i que a la reserva posava que el check in podia ser a partir de les 12h, vam arribar cap a les 16h i l'habitació encara no estava preparada (suposem que hi va haver algún tipus de problema amb els llençols nets, que no els van portar a temps). Un cop van portar els llençols, no ens van deixar cap tipus de manta, i vam passar una mica de fred per les nits. Tampoc van deixar gaire paper higiènic. I, igual que la majoria d'allotjaments de Florència, és molt car pel que ofereixen.
