Overall it was a lovely stay and I would recommend it to my friends.

The house was exceptionally clean. It had comfortable furniture and even useful appliances such as an iron and even a hair straightener.

We weren’t informed about the late fee, meaning if you checked in after 8 you had to pay a fee. It also had a tourist tax of 54 euros.

The property - 2 bedroom apartment is well equipped. Fully furnished with washing machines and fenced garden which is plus as we are couple with a dog. Orsy, she was very helpful and super host with all her infos. Strategically located. Just next to the apartment, a small park where u can walk the dog and stretch. Parking is secure as we are in between the local community, but again we didn’t leave anything inside the car. For your breakfast, Bar is 5 minutes walking distance, be sure to wake up early for super yummy bomboloni ! Overall we would love to comeback. Short distance to the city centre and 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram station. Beware of angry mosquitoes. :D

Although the apartment is fully furnished, the door locking system is something that you have to be aware of. The host explained to us at the beginning. The kitchen is fully furnished but we have enjoyed soo much to have dinner at the resto. We are lucky to carry a mosquitoes repellent for camping , that too didn’t help much. The apartment has provided a mosquito repellent. Small gap at the main bedroom door, otherwise everything is amazing.

One of the best places to stay in Florence. Very close to the Batoni tram stop, incredibly easy to get to the city center. The house is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We did not have any parking problems. Our host had thought of everything for us. It was definitely very clean and comfortable. A house where you can choose to stay in Florence with peace of mind. Un delizioso appartamento, completo di tutto.

Appartamento piccolino ma ben distribuito, ben arredato e completo di tutto il necessario per sentirsi veramente a casa (compreso kit di primo soccorso e piastra per capelli). La posizione è vicina alla fermata della tramvia che in 15 minuti ti porta in centro. L'appartamento era pulito in maniera impeccabile e questo non mi era mai capitato in tantissimi anni, anche in strutture di categoria superiore.

Nulla, però consiglio di andarci nella bella stagione per poter godere anche del delizioso giardino.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole, super rilassante e soprattutto da ripetere!! Siamo stati super bene!!

Ho apprezzato moltissimo la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici con cui ho raggiunto il centro con facilità e soprattutto alla Visarno Arena in caso di concerti! Personale molto disponibile e gentile!! L’alloggio ha tutti i comfort sotto ogni aspetto! Torneremo sicuramente :)

Non ho trovato un kit di emergenza con acqua ossigenata e/o cerotti dato che il mio compagno si è tagliato con un coltello mentre cucinava, ho provato a cercare in diversi punti ma non l’ho trovato. Non so se di solito è previsto ma sarebbe utile trovare un piccolo kit da parte da usare in caso si verifichino queste situazioni.

Fräscht och lugnt boende med grön trädgård nära Florens

Vi bodde här i slutet av maj och trivdes jättebra! Boendet var enkelt men fräscht, med allt vi behövde. Den gröna trädgården var en riktig höjdpunkt – särskilt den utedusch som vår tvååring älskade att leka i varje dag. Området var lugnt och skönt, med mycket grönska och lokal känsla, men ändå bara en kort promenad till spårvagnen. Den gick regelbundet och tog oss till centralstationen i Florens på ungefär 15 minuter, vilket gjorde det superenkelt att ta sig in till stan utan att bo mitt i myllret. Vi uppskattade verkligen att det fanns AC/värmepump i alla rum, vilket gjorde det bekvämt oavsett tid på dygnet. Ett perfekt boende för dig som vill ha lite lugnare läge men ändå ha nära till allt. Rekommenderas särskilt för barnfamiljer!

Det enda vi inte var helt nöjda med var sängen, som tyvärr var väldigt hård och obekväm. Dessutom kändes trädgården något outnyttjad – det hade varit trevligt med fler utemöbler, och vissa delar skulle mått bra av lite ogräsrensning.

Εύκολα προσβάσιμο, ήσυχη περιοχή και εύκολη εύρεση πάρκινγκ γύρω από το διαμέρισμα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Η ιδιοκτήτρια διαθέσιμη οποιαδήποτε στιγμή για να σε βοηθήσει όπου χρειαστεί. Ευγενική και φιλόξενη με καλούς τρόπους. Όμορφα διακοσμημένο και ανακαινισμενο διαμέρισμα παρέχοντας ολη την απαιτούμενη ασφάλεια. Διαθέτει όμορφο εξωτερικό χώρο με πολύ άνετο καθιστικό εξωτερικου χώρου. Αποσταση απο το κεντρο της πολης στα 10 χιλιόμετρα με αυτοκίνητο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
