only two little things - the window/door couldn’t be fully opened in the bedroom and there was no mosquito net in the living room/kitchen area

If you dont mind a 15min walk to the city center then it is a great location. A grocery store just around the corner. Private WC and kitchen and separate bedroom. Washing machine is on the balcony.
I get that tile floors are common but still, if you dont want to walk around with cold feet your going to need slippers. Pretty dark apartment, even on a sunny day. Would advidse not to leave food out on the table - because cockroaches will find it :(
