Everything was great, the apartment is even better than the pictures. Apartment size was just fine for the days we spent there. Short walking distance for supermarket, train station and restaurants. Good comunication. The fact that they live upstairs is a plus. Make it easier if you have any problem.

We stayed here on a family vacation traveling throughout Italy. The location was great. Just a quick tram ride to get around the city. The apartment is beautiful and clean with plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication with the owners was convenient because they live upstairs.

The apartment was clean and modern. A few bus stops are within a 5 minute walk. 2 caffes within 5 minutes. Pizza man less than 10 minutes. Also a Laundromat. Loved the backyard space. The front bedroom is a little noisy from the people walking on the street, but I still slept well. The hostess was very friendly and we were provided with enough soap, towels and toilet paper. The directions were easy to follow. About 10-15 minute walk from Rifredi train station. I would stay here again. Grazie!

The apartment is very nice furnished (in souterrain located), it has two bedrooms with -in sum- four beds. One bedroom has just a window to the corridor therefore it could become very hot. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are cheap shopping opportunities close to the apartment (Lidl, Conad). The aparment was very clean, towels, sheets and cleaning was included in the price. The apartment is located a bit outside from Florece city centre which is very good when you have (rental) car as there a lot of parking opportunities just in front of the apartment (-in August you do not have to pay-) and it is quite easy to get to the motorway from there. A bus going straight to the centre is running just three minutes to walk from the apartment and it only takes 15 to maximum 20 minutes to the centre. The mother of the renter who gave us the key lives in the house as well, she is very friendly and helpful and is available if you have any questions. The contact to the renter was very uncomplicated via E-mail and he responded always quite fast. All in all I can just recommend the aparment for your stay in Florence/ the Tuscany!
