Host Anna was fantastic and very generous and helpful. Location was great with easy access to the city centre, laundry and stores.

The apartment is in a very friendly and quiet area, a short tram ride from the city center (or approximately 20-25min walk to the train station). It is well equipped, very clean, and perfect to explore the city.
Anna, our host, was there to great us and she gave us lots of good tips re: easter and where the celebrations were, museums etc. She also gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants close to the apartment - cheaper and much better than the ones in the city center.
As we were there during easter, Anna gave us a typical easter cake (Colomba) to try and left some easter chocolates and small gifts for our kids. She went above and beyond and made our time in lovely Florence unforgettable.

Well kept and very accessible from tram station.
Good size for the price point, very clean with good facilities.The host (Anna) was very welcoming and shown so much warmth. Chargers, welcome slippers, wine, complimentary breakfast were provided by the host.

Anna is a wonderful, very friendly and efficient host, she gave us lots of advice about Toscany attractions. The house is fully equipped, in every detail, from bathroom to kitchen items. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with an easy access to the city center by tram and bus. It was an awesome experience for us to stay at this apartment and to meet Anna. I couldn't recommend more.
