Anna took care of us like we were family! Such a beautiful surprise to meet someone so kind and considerate. Also, you know how usually when you go to apartments or airbnb type properties, the kitchen utensils feel a bit shady? And you get the icky feeling that hundreds of people have used them? It was for the first time in our experience this was NOT a problem, everything was so clean and smelled fresh - everything in the kitchen, but also in the rest of the apartment. It was such a pleasure to spend our Florence holiday there and if we ever come back we will definitely choose to stay there again. The attention to detail was insane, we had everything we needed and more. And everything was so carefully packaged and displayed. Amazing! Thank you!

There was nothing not to like!!

Our stay was great! The place is very near to the T2 tram station and only 4 stations away from Santa Maria Novella ( main station and city centre). The room was absolutely great! Clean, spacious and with lot of amenities. I must separately mention our host Anna, she was wonderful! She met us in person when we checked in, explained the room details, and printed out all the necessary details to enjoy Florence properly ( she also gave us a document explaining the famous foods to try out in Florence , which was super nice!) I recommend this property to everyone visiting Florence.

We have travelled extensively over the years, but this apartment and, above all, its host exceeded every expectation we have ever had. From the very first moment, it was clear that hosting guests is not just a business for her but a true passion. We have never met a host who was so warm, welcoming, dedicated, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Every detail had been thoughtfully prepared with remarkable care and attention. What impressed us even more was the personal touch. We received translated information booklets in our native language, including recommendations and activities suitable for our young child. There were thoughtful welcome gifts, plenty of useful local information, and countless small gestures that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Although we arrived late in the evening, around 9 p.m., we were welcomed personally with a warm smile. The host took the time to introduce us to the apartment, answer our questions, and even personally guided us to the parking area, which is located behind the building. These acts of kindness may seem small, but they made a lasting impression on us. You could immediately feel how much she loves both hosting and her beautiful city. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and professionalism elevated our entire experience in Florence. We honestly cannot think of a single negative point. Whether you are travelling as a couple or as a family, this apartment is an absolute gem. If it is available for your dates, do yourself a favor and book it. Host Anna was fantastic and very generous and helpful. Location was great with easy access to the city centre, laundry and stores.
