Excellent host and a lovely flat a short tram/bus ride from the city centre!

Right by a tram and bus stop into town. Lovely host. There was no iron at the property but he went upstairs and found one for us. Great flat with almost everything you could want. :)

Only minor issue was that there is no living space, just the kitchen with a small sofa, but can hardly complain as it’s good value for money.

Location was near the tram station. It is really convenient if you use public transport to visit attractions or if you are coming from the airport.

Shower in one bathroom at a higher elevation, which makes it impossible to get a shower without overflowing the house. So, only one bathroom is available for a shower.

Excellent trip in Toscana, everything was beautiful except the accommodation!

The location itself is remarkable. Four stops from the central train station with the T2 tram, the distance is covered in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is decent in size; it has three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. The kitchen is decently equipped and has a fridge, cooking machine and microwave oven.

A minus, which can be overlooked, is that there is no living room. In principle, you can spend time in the kitchen, around the table, even if it is not very comfortable after a day of walking around Florence. Unfortunately, the apartment has some major downsides. One of the most important is that the kitchen is full of cockroaches. Night or day, one could see walking on the fridge, stove or cupboard. Also, the apartment has two bathrooms and, in theory, two showers. Both are without a cabin; the drain is directly on the floor. But the drainage system does not cope, and the water spreads everywhere in the bathroom, generating a slippery floor with the risk of an accident. And only one of the showers has a protective curtain. At the other one, it is practically impossible to take a shower. Another thing to consider is mosquitoes. They are abundant in Florence, making it difficult to ventilate the rooms. Without access to AC remote control, some governmental regulations restrict the use of AC or heating systems these days. We asked the owner for a solution. There were no mosquito nets on the windows, and only one device in the house did not cover the area. When we requested more devices, we were invited to buy them, as they were affordable! I can say without reservation that this host has no idea about the hospitality industry. He is just profit-oriented and is not willing to make minimal investments to bring the necessary comfort to his customers. Moreover, to leave the trash in the dumpster, you need an electronic card, which I did not get in the five days I stayed in this location. I went with the garbage on the street, searching for a dumpster with free access; the fine for leaving it on the road is 180 euros! On arrival, one of the bathrooms ran out of soap, so we bought one to fill it up. And the first words of the owner representative were to make sure the cooking machine is clean when we leave! Extremely rude!

Apart from the mosquitoes it was superb!

The rooms we're clean, the facilities were great. 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms with double or queen sized beds, the ability to cook for ourselves. It was 10 mins from the attractions of Florence by tram. The tram was literally outside the door. Fantastic! The boys we rented it from were friendly and helpful they gave us a full rundown of what was expected. Hopefully we did all expected of us.

Mosquitoes!!! We all got at least 4 mosquito bites each!!! My youngest daughter has 4 on her left cheek alone. You need to supply flyspray & mosquito repellent or mosquito coils lads! Please!

Nice apartment, a good choice for group traveling.

The apartment locates about 20‘ walking to the city center, and 10‘ with the tram T2 infront of the building. It’s nice, cozy, elegant and has 3 bedrooms. We are couple and used only 01 bedroom. The bed was comfortable and quiet on the backside looking to the garden. We could prepare our foods in the kitchen well. It’s a good apartment. We would like to recommend it.

There were Moskitos in the apartment because there was no Moskitonetz and no washing machine. There was a mistake on the price when we booked the apartment and we would had to pay the tourists taxes by cash to the host, then claimed it back to booking.com. So you should check it carefully when you book to not be in the same situation like us. In general speaking, it’s a good deal.

Florence, Italy Trip

My family loved Ricardo, our host! He is very warm, very funny, and very personable. He made us feel very welcomed to a new place we’ve never been.He was very patient with us, specially with my seven year old son, answering his questions with wit and humor, which made him feel at ease and comfortable.Ricardo made such a great impression on us that we plan to stay at his other other rental in the country side the next time we visit. The property had comfortable beds in each of the three bedrooms,beautiful, modern kitchen facility, air conditioning and very fast wifi. The apartment is right across the tram which made touring Florence and other cities so accessible. The city center and other historical landmarks are walkable from the apartment,too, if you’d rather walk instead of riding the tram.It is situated in the more quiet, not crowded part of the city which we liked. There are grocery stores and a laundry/ washiteria close by.No fuss checking in and checking out.

The apartment doesn’t have a living room, but, this was not an issue for us because my family likes to hang out in the kitchen, anyway.

Dobry wybór na pobyt we Florencji

Mieszkanie przestronne, wygodne i w świetnej lokalizacji - dosłownie kilka kroków od przystanku tramwajowego. Duży plus za czystość i podstawowe naczynia i przyrządy w kuchni. Dodać do tego bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, który był bardzo pomocny i mamy świetne miejsce do zatrzymania się we Florencji.

Okiennice zewnętrzne w dwóch pokojach są zaciągnięte na stałe, więc w środku jest ciemno. Natomiast mimo to zdecydowałabym się na to miejsce drugi raz :)

Perfecto!!!

Riccardo el propietario, un chico majisimo y super atento nos enseñó todo el piso e hizo por hablar español para que entendieramos todo. El apartamento se ve viejito pero esta super limpio, tiene de todo y nosotras eramos 6 y nos fue perfecto. Delante de la parada del tranvia.

Lo unico el sonido del tranvia que se escucha bastante desde la habitación y el colchón que estaba muy blandito pero bueno eso a gusto de cada uno :)

L'appartamento è completo di tutto e confortevole. Pulizia impeccabile. Ottima posizione, la fermata della tramvia è proprio sotto casa e in 10-15 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Perfetta in occasione del Firenze Rocks, circa due fermate di tramvia oppure una ventina di minuti a piedi per Piazza Puccini.

El apartamento es muy amplio. La ubicación es tranquila y en el tranvía está muy cerca del centro (10/15 min) La habitación interior y la cocina, son luminosas y dan a una pequeña zona verde muy bonita

Es un piso bajo, por lo que las persianas de las dos habitaciones exteriores están bajadas y cerradas por seguridad, así que dos de las habitaciones son oscuras y sin nada de luz natural. Esas ventanas son más antiguas y finas que el resto y el ruido de la calle se escucha bastante, el tranvía comienza a las 5 am. Unas rejas y un doble cristal serían una buena solución!

gute Ausgangspunkt für Florenz, aber für fußläufig doch zu weit

Lage direkt an der Strassenbahn, nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum, geräumige Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Empfang, auf Nachfrage konnten wir unser Gepäck bei der Abreise einige Stunden länger in den Räumen lassen, auch für 6 Erwachsene ist in der Wohnung genug Platz

Una cosa che farei per tutti gli appartamenti (non solo per questo) è mettere a disposizione degli ospiti le cose basilari per un primo approccio; qualche bustina di zucchero, di the, una confezione di biscotti, una oliera ecc.
