Квартира очень чистая, уютная. Находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от центра и от железнодорожной станции. Очень удобно. Район тихий, спокойный, мы с детьми гуляли допоздна и возвращались домой ночью. Понравилось все, но есть маленькие недочёты, которые не позволили поставить 10 баллов
1. На кухне нет ножа, которым можно резать. Есть только сервировочные, ими отрезать, например, хлеб или порезать овощи невозможно 2. На стенах в ванной - черная плесень. 3. Москитная сетка на окне порвана, дома были комары. А так как у моего ребёнка аллергия на тх укусы, для нас это стало проблемой. 4. Розетка на кухне не подходит для чайника, приходилось ставить его на пол, чтобы включить в другую розетку, которая подходит. Если бы хозяева устранили эти недостатки, то можно было бы смело ставить 10 баллов и апартаменты были бы идеальными.
