L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville historique, avec les transports en commun au pied de l'immeuble: bus, tramway. En marchant, 20 minutes suffisent pour atteindre le centre, la gare ou encore le ponto vechio. Les chambre sont spacieuses, l'appartement est très plaisant. Notre hôte a été serviable et accueillant. Des petits commerces se situent par ailleurs à proximité pour assurer la partie logistique nécessaire au séjour: supérette, boucherie...

Le manque d'équipements de la cuisine genre pas de lave vaisselle ,pas de four , peu d'ustensiles de cuisines genre cuillère en plastique pas adapté pour un appartement comme celui ci,pas de casserole, pas de cafetière normal , et plaque de cuisson qui déconne
