We had a great time staying there.

The location was very close to the train station and nice local restaurants.

Bathroom had a couple of minor maintenance issues but not a big deal.

Poor and would not recommend

It was a good location. Short 4min walk from the station and walking distance to main attractions.

We had 3 apartments during our 5 night stay for 12 people (2 families). The apartments had mould and did not feel clean at all, the shower screen was broken and didn't close, the toilet seat broke, the door handle came off to the front door, the ground floor door handle to the outdoor patio area fell off, the outdoor patio area had not been cleaned with beer bottles and chips left. The superior one bedroom shower only had warm water, not hot, so you felt cold after showering. The apartments are not serviced, so do not expect any clean towels,linen, or toilet paper. These apartments did not meet our expectations for the money spent, and I would not recommend it. The rooms were not comfortable. We asked for blankets as all the beds only had a sheet and an ultra thin blanket. No extra blankets were provided even after I asked. There were no spare pillows, blankets, linen, or towels.

Nice decor

The key was hard to unlock the door. The door keyhole needs to be fixed. It took us a long 5 mins to try to open the door, and it was not a good thing because it was late at night. Also the door handle to the garden fell off many times. You really need to fix these problems

Location good, the beds were clean the rest of the flat was inadequately cleaned between guests

The location was good for us as a group doing train travel. We saw a couple of the sights and went for good food near by.

The air conditioner had not been adequately serviced so we arrived to a puddle on the floor, also the previous guests had obviously broken a glass/ bottle as there was glass fragments on the floor, the floors also were not clean - blackening the bottoms of our socks and feet. The bathroom also stunk of gas and the tap water did not seem drinkable.

It was a great stay. Totally recommend this place.

It was a great choice. Very close to the train station of Santa Maria Novella, especially if you are hauling luggage with you. The area was quiet but not too far from the main touristic areas.

The ancient step/threshold in the middle of the apartment's corridor. :-) Bumped my toes on it a couple of times. Still I would not have it removed on my account. It seems it has some history behind it.

The location close to the city and public transport was ideal. Comfortable beds although the single is very small.

Location is good.

The apartment looks better on the photos than in real life and is pricy VERY for the state it's in. The shower was unfunctional from the first day so only one of 4 of us got to take the shower... then it all flooded. When I reported it they sent a maintainance guy who did his best to solve it but couldn't. In order to resolve it, they made us move last night (out of 3 nights total) to another smaller apartment more far away from the train station which was kind of annoying since I had to pack and go for 1 night with kids to sleep elsewhere (more far away) and then go back on foot for 15 minutes (instead of 4) tomorrow to the train station with bags and kids which was hard. The support line/staff is good and polite - all great from that point of view. But the amount I paid for the service/apartment I got is ridiculously pricy. I could've paid less elsewhere if I actually wanted to book an apartment in such a bad state. I expected better...

Good response by management. Convenient location. Comfortable. Trash disposal was easy. Check-in was a breeze.

Oven knobs had no markings indicating temperature or setting, made using it difficult. The refrigerator was too small for use for more than a couple of days.

Enjoyed our stay as the location was good but felt it lacked some thought into little extras which would be nice.

We thought it was quaint and in a good location.

The shower rose was broken and could not be made higher. The towels were very thin. No shampoo and extra little touches which we have received at other accomodation. The noice from the above apartment was quite loud.

This apartment was larger than we expected; however, neither daily cleaning nor garbage disposal and the provision of shampoo and soap were included. Additionally, we had to request clean towels during our five-night stay; they do not provide them daily.

Our overall stay was comfortable.

Good location, near train station, historical centre and amenities. Federico, the host was very accommodating, he let us drop off our luggage earlier than the expected checkin time.

The exterior entry door to the apartment was supposed to unlock with a code, it was always unlocked, no code was necessary to enter the building, the door itself rubbed against the floor thus making it hard to open. Federico, the host was contacted on this upon checking in on Saturday and he had it fixed on the Monday(working day). No AC in the 2nd bedroom and no closet to hang clothes. Musty smell when AC was turned off. Difficulty with the Checkin app, documents were not being uploaded and unable to pay city tax with app. The issue was resolved using WhatsApp for the docs and a new link to pay the city tax.

Location! Train station is just 10 minutes walk! Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and everything is 20 minutes walk. Size of the apartment is good too. Good restaurant is just across from the street

Good location, but below-average comfort

The apartment is in a great location, which makes it easy to get around Florence on foot. That's the best part of it, for sure. The bathroom was decently sized and the outside area in the back was pleasant too, though we didn't use it much.

The checkin process was stressful. I was on vacation and had to take an hour to submit passport pictures, fill out forms and submit a bunch of information on a website that barely worked (I had to try multiple times) before they'd agreed to give me the check in instructions. It was a stressful disruption I was not expecting. Plus it's important to mention the mattress, which were very very soft and uncomfortable, and the beds made a squicky sounds everytime you moved. Also, as the apartment is based on the first floor, the room that faces the street is very noisy and if you're a light sleeper, it'll be hard to sleep to the sound of people dragging their suitcases all night long.

It was in the center of town.

The inner courtyard was pretty messy. The washing machine was beyond our mechanical skills, we could not get it to drain. Being in the lower level it was pretty dark and musty. They could use fans or air purifiers.

Location and size of unit

Bathroom smell of urine whole time. Size of bathroom- tight fit for toilet and shower didn’t have room to move. Beds were uncomfortable. Front door of building would scrape so loudly that whenever anyone would enter or exit it would wake you up.

arrival was easy with access to the property very clear.

The interior quality wasn't the same as the images on the site suggested there was aircon in only 1 room and the outside terrace was poor and wouldn't warrant actually using it. It could have been a real asset and great additional feature.

I do not recommend this property.

1. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: advertised as smoking free property.it is not. ( filter on front door poorly sealed so street smoke sometimes fills the front hall) this caused an asthma attack. 2. WONT REFUND NIGHTS WE DIDN’T STAY AFTER CAUSING 2 ASTHMA ATTACKS in 16 hours. The room we had also caused an asthma attack that impacted my ability to breathe so badly we had to leave the room. we stayed one night at his location and they refuse to refund the full amount for the two we couldn’t stay because of the asthma attacks the property caused. They refuse to take responsibility and claim I reacted to pollen. This is illogical because the alternative room they offered for only the fort night was fine. also we moved to a bed and breakfast in the county and I was much better there. We expect to pay the first night since they provided a room that didn’t cause an asthma attack for one night. but they asked us to leave the room before they te leaned the first room and while we moved our luggage the smoke filtered in and caused a second attack. asthma is a life threatening disease. it could cost me my life. They could not provide a safe environment for the three nights we payed for. This is a breach of contract on their part and they are claiming they won’t refund because we got two room for one night and cost them an extra cleaning This property does not care about the damage they caused me. Nor will they take responsibility for the damage they caused me by refunding is the two nights we couldn’t stay.

Easy walk from station and choose to everything.

The apartment wasn't very clean. We found two pieces of broken glass on the kitchen floor and the floor wasn't clean throughout. Bedside tables hadn't been cleaned. Fridge wasn't turned on.

Great location, good price, quirky, poor WiFi.

Great location, only 7 minutes from the station and near the river. A little off the beaten path, which means there’s great reasonably priced restaurants around! Quirky layout, but lots of stairs😥 Comfortable beds.

Toilet seat fell apart as soon as we took the seal off; repaired quickly, but the cleaner must have known. Blue splatter all over one of the bedroom desks and by the sink, cleaner hadn’t removed. I cleaned it up. WiFi stopped working the first night, not fixed until after dinner the next night (only there 2 nights). TV didn’t work, no reception in any input mode. Dining room table between the couch and low-lying TV, so would have been difficult to see anyway! My daughter left a ring by the sink, and they never contacted us about finding it. It was good costume jewellery, not real; but you wouldn’t know to look at it. Cleaner probably pocketed it.
