Disappointing.

The apartment was very clean. On a positive note, there was no hot water for one night and the drain pipe was blocked, making a racket, but the service men at least came relatively quickly to correct the situation. For the hot water, my daughter was told that the ER service only answered after 9:30 AM by which time we had all left. The induction stove had 2 heat conduction plates. There were enough pots and pans but it does beg the question if all were adequate for an induction stove top and/ or there should have been 2 more conduction plates.

Five of my family group, all adults with their own agenda, stayed at this BnB. The apartment sleeps 7. The upstairs is a loft. The bedroom with the one twin bed has no cupboard, and looks down on the twin bed room below. The king size bedroom upstairs has no door. There is minimal privacy upstairs. We had 1 key for all 5 of us to gain access. Can you imagine if the apt. was filled to capacity (7 ). We had to continually rearrange our day to ensure the one person with the key was at home to let the others in. Totally unacceptable! The apt. was very poorly equipped for the number of guests: No oven, no toaster, a single person coffee maker, a convection/microwave oven adequate only for 1 small dish at a time so we could not all sit down together for our meal; not one dishtowel, nor dish rag, no soap for the dishwasher nor the washing machine. Oh yes, One teaspoon only. Need I go on? The bedding was extremely light (summer fare) so we had to keep the temperature high at night when we would normally turn it down. Totally uneconomical. Had I know I would have been happier to have paid more for a better equipped apt. with two sets of keys. My other family members (8 of them) stayed in a different apt, very close by. Their rent was higher but so acceptable for what they got. My advice, in order to avoid negative reviews, is to respond to the complaints, find a solution about access and exit and raise the rent. The potential for improvement is there

we work in Florence every 6 months for the last 8 years and I would but this property in my top 3 I’ve stopped in

it was a bit noisy but that was only because of work going on a building over the road and the new lift shaft in the property which will really improve the property so not really a complaint

The lady who let us in was really nice and helpful. The place is in a perfect location, close to the station and the city center. The view is awesome.

The apartment needs lots of cleaning: the bed sheets had bread crumbs on them, the table and all surfaces were covered in dust, the chairs had shoe prints on them, the walls had tens of killed mosquitoes on them, the dishes were too dirty to use.

Nice apartment, and ideal location, spoiled by a very poor hand over process

96 steps to apartment on the 2nd floor quite tricky with a baby and three suitcases, the representative asked for a time for arrival but no rep, instead he kept ringing making sure we where there the whole situation seemed to be based around his convenience instead of ours then to top it all there was no crib for the baby, which had been promised and paid for, we did get one ebentually

No air condition. Too hot in rooms. Additional payment of local tax. Could be included in Price? Price for 6 persons but soap and bath gel provided for 2. 4th floor.

Firenze un oraș în care m-aș întoarce mereu

Locația este în centru foarte aproape de toate obiectivele. Este foarte curata, dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur. Aproape și de gara, mergi pe jos 10 minute maxim. Aș mai veni dacă ar fi lift.

Singurul dezavantaj a fost că nu există lift pentru persoane doar pentru bagaje. Scarile sunt foarte greu de urcat iar locația este la ultimul nivel. Dacă stați prost cu genunchii sau coloana evitați. Efortul este enorm la urcare.

Schöne modern eingerichtete Wohnung an guter Lage in der man sich wohl fühlt.

Diese Wohnung liegt an einer sehr guten Lage von der man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bestens zu Fuss erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist mit ausreichenden Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Einrichtung sehr Modern und man fühlt sich von Anfang her sehr wohl.

Die Küche ist von der zur Verfügung gestellten Ausstattung etwas dürftig. Die Warmwasserversorgung vom Boiler hält nicht so lange wie gewünscht.
