We chose the apartment for its location. It's on a quiet street in between the very noisy and busy Duomo area and the more quiet Santo Spirito area. We also liked that it had a washing machine and drying racks.
Although it had a modern bathroom, the shower didn't drain and the water backed up. Also the room is very narrow so using the toilet was a bit tight. So if you actually cleaned the shower you would know that it didn't drain well. And this wasn't the only apartment that we stayed in that didn't have ice trays. Are ice trays a thing in Italy?

Super convenient location, with safe secure parking close by (extra charge) would definitely book again.
Nothing. If I had to be super picky but it wouldn’t stop me from booking it again. Didn’t really have natural light with windows because of the nature of the property. But i was in the centre of Florence, so we was out exploring so it didn’t mater in the slightest. I would definitely book it again 😀
