Apartament był świetnie położony, przy placu santo spirito, w pobliżu są sklepy i restauracje. Przejście do centrum zajmuje niewiele a nie ma tu już turystycznego zgiełku. Osoby z firmy zajmującej się obiektem były też bardzo pomocne i szybko odpowiadały na wiadomości. Gdy przyjechałyśmy nie działało ogrzewanie ani ciepła woda i bojler był zepsuty, naprawiono to jeszcze tego samego wieczoru, w ciągu 2 godzin.
W całym obiekcie było jedno okno, dodatkowo było dość brudno i niezadbanie. Przydałoby się generalne sprzątanie, wymiana niedziałających sprzętów, uzupełnienie elementów w kuchni itp. Za taką cenę spoko ale można by zwrócić uwagę na drobne rzeczy.
