About this apartment rental
Delightful apartment of 75 square meters in the most characteristic area of Florence "Oltrarno".
The flat is on the third floor, several steps and no lift, but when you arrive you find a bright, welcoming, clean and quiet apartment.
It's breezy in summer and warm in winter (heating).
In the apartement you find:
-Living room, with two windows, fireplace and dining table.
- Fully furnished small kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster,
blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils.
Sleeping area with two bedrooms:
- "Blue Room" comfortable, bright and soundproof windows, where you can see part of the church of Santo Spirito.
A double bed (140x200) and it is equipped with air conditioning
- "Red Room", with skylight, equally bright, comfortable and soundproofed.
It has a lounge / alcove connected by a comfortable wooden staircase.
A double bed (140x200) and it is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
- Bathroom with shower
The apartment has:
- Independent heating.
- WIFI, fast connection, 24 hours.
The apartment is located in the lively neighborhood of Santo Spirito one step away from the famous square where every morning, except sunday, there is a small outdoor market.
Piazza Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, Ufizzi etc.
Area is full of shops bars, restaurants, wine bars.
Stops in the area of urban and suburban buses.
From the airport to the apartment (9. 3 km) 17 minutes by car.
From the railway station S. M. Novella to the apartment (1. 6 km) afoot 15 minutes, by taxi (3 km) 12 minutes.
Stops in the area of urban and suburban buses are well served.
Restricted traffic area and you can not get special permission for a fee.
The entire apartment is available to guest.
I am pleasantly willing to meet the needs of my guests while respecting their privacy.

Some simple rules
- No smoking in the apartment.
- No party and do not make too much noise with respect to the neighborhood from 10.30 p. m. to 6.30 a. m.
-Every Time you leave the apartment, please turn off the lights and the air conditioner.
To avoid unnecessary waste of energy, always close doors and windows.
- just like it was yours.
- Small pets, on request, are accepted.
- On your arrival registration and signature of the tourist lease.
- From 1 July 2011 the City of Florence by resolution of the City Council No. 230/33 of 06. 20. 2011, integrated by resolution No. 21/2012, has established the "tourist tax".
The tax is applied to non-residents overnight stays in the city of Florence.
3 euros per person per night. I will ask my guests to pay in cash upon their arrival.
