Lage war sehr schön, zentral, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Café und Restaurants in der Nähe. Kommunikation mit den personal war gut.
Leider war die Unterkunft für 6 erwachsene Personen viel zu klein, in ein Zimmer mussten 4 Personen schlafen für 3 paare ist nicht ideal. Schlafsofa ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen Bei der Bett waren die Lattenroste kaputt siehe Bilder, die sollten auch mal erneuert werden. Ventilatore in der Küche hat nicht funktioniert nach 2 mal reklamiert wurde nicht behoben, Waschmaschine im Bad sehr schmutzig.

Location was great… we could walk to many places that we wanted to visit.
The hot water didn’t work… we only had hot water one day out of five nights.

The location of the property is excellent, round the corner from Piazza Santo Spirito and plenty of bars, restaurants, shops in the vicinity. I've stayed in the Oltrarno before and much prefer it to being across the river in the main tourist area though they're still within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean, two spacious bedrooms and a small, well-equipped kitchen.
The shower needs updating and the water temperature was inconsistent, running hot and cold. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. I contacted the management company and they responded quickly to say someone would be in to fix it but it was towards the end of our stay and no-one came.

Near to the center.
Drowned towels, only 2 small bottles of water for 7 people, the pictures on booking do not reflect reality, the lack of another mirror in the apartment besides the one in the bathroom. It is not an apartment for 7 people.
