Clean, comfortable, quiet, outstanding location. No food. Although management is mostly absent, Matteo was very helpful whenever needed and easy to contact via WhatsApp. Not for those who need pampering, but a great spot within easy walking distance of all the core attractions.

Great rooms, great staff, so clean and tidy, and it’s right in the middle of EVERYTHING! We love this place! Love it! Can’t say enough good things about it in this small space. As a matter of fact, we’re planning a return trip and we’re setting it up around bookings at this location.

It is a cute place and very convenient at the center of Florence. It’s situated near all of the high end shops, river, and restaurants. Everything is all within walking distance from the property. Hosts were quick to communicate and we were able to get into the room last minute due to our flight cancellation. Definitely will be staying here again! Thank you.

This was a great property close to the best shopping areas as well as the major attractions. The only complaint I have is that it is not a bed and breakfast as it states.

Great location for Patione Uno… we had a car but waze was playing tricks with the ZTL pass thata the parking lot they suggested took care of, so no worries. The water and coffe rhey provided was a great way ti begin the day.

Hotel was wonderful- location; clean; front desk and host help was superb (helped me with everything! Just extremely nice and want to help). Cannot say enough good things. So many restaurants close; bridge to cross to other side. I could go on and on. Would love to stay again.

The accommodation was fabulous. Central to everything. Short walk from the train station. So easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were fantastic and easily contacted. Would highly recommend

I had an amazing stay at Parione Uno. The room was spacious and there was even a view of an old bell tower from the shower. The location was also great, just a few minutes from the train station and very close to Duomo. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect. You can walk anywhere, and it is only a 10 minute walk to Firenze SMN train station. We never had to use any sort of transportation while there because it’s so close to everything. The room is also super adorable! It made us feel like we were actually staying in Florence if that makes sense. It has large windows with a great view. The bed was comfortable. The shower is fantastic - a rain shower head. WiFi works great. It does not have breakfast so this might be an issue for some. They do provide a kettle with instant coffee and tea in your room though. They also do not have air conditioning that we know of but we never felt like we needed it and were there in May- you could always just open a window. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it - you can’t beat it for the price!!

No breakfast available and nothing nearby until later in the morning. No towel racks in bathroom or shelves; nowhere to put soap and shampoo in the shower. No full length mirror. A/C didn’t work on our last day and no staff on duty. Clean and comfortable otherwise and staff person was great.
