Instalaciones: colchones muy incómodos, no tenía plancha (si tenía tabla), no tiene televisión, material de cocina muy escaso. Nos cobraron un extra por hacer cheking fuera de su horario, el cual acepté, pero una vez habíamos pagado a Booking la instancia. Se fue la luz a toda la planta, avisé al número de teléfono que nos habian facilitado para las urgencias y durante la conversación se cortó y no volvieron a contactar con nosotros hasta el día siguiente.

Nice apartment in a good location in Florence. Large studio in a nice street close to Santo Spirito.
The bathroom was a bit tired but otherwise a very nice apartment.

Comfortable bed even though it doesn’t look so in the photos. It had a lift.
The kitchen was basic but adequate for our needs. There are lots of good cafes very near.
