Really spacious property in a great location for exploring Florence on foot. Lots of great restaurants within a 5 minute radius.
Only a minor thing but the number of keys/doors/confusion of not having a key fob to take the lift all the way to floor 3 felt a bit inconvenient with heavy luggage.

Bâtiment ancien avec esthétique ancienne (la nuit la lumière est très tamisé par exemple), ce la fait partie du charme du bâtiment, je ne suis personnellement pas fan

Very centralized and the staff are very friendly helped us to checkin early and our luggage
The facilities bit old, whenever the other room use hot water, out toilet tank make noise. We didn’t slept so well

Convenient location. Spacious. Great for a family who needs an entire apartment.
Instructions to get in were not helpful and very confusing. It took me almost an hour trying to find the lock box, then figure out how to get inside the room. And it wasn’t just me - the other guest staying there said the same thing. It was a very basic room inside, but was spacious.
