Loved the location. It is a good choice to stay in Oltrarno. The apartment was comfortable and roomy. It is an older building with character.
We paid extra to arrive slightly past 7 pm. The front door sticks so it needs repair. Key is tricky. No elevator so be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

Tutto perfetto: posizione, ambienti, servizi (phon, gadget per il bagno, wifi, riscaldamento ecc.), pulizia, gentilezza del proprietario.
L'unica nota negativa (che purtroppo non dipende dal proprietario ma credo sia di competenza del condominio), riguarda il portone di ingresso del palazzo che, essendo molto vecchio, si ha difficoltà ad aprirlo.
