The place was really something special. We stayed in apartment 301 ( three bedroom ). It is quite a schlep up to the third floor but it certainly made us fitter. The Numa brand is great - you get a certainty of standards so there are no surprises when you arrive. The Spirito Santo area is close to everything - really liked this place.

During our stay, there was an unruly guest at the hotel. She threw her personal belongings all around the lobby and made it hard to pass. We reported it to the customer service and no actions were taken. She would also yell in the middle of the night and caused disturbances. The lack of action from the hotel is very disappointing.

Overall it is in a pretty nice area as everything is walkable. Biggest Con is that there is not lift and you have to carry your bags to 1st or 2nd floor. The luggage storage is limited to 3 bags hence if you have three bags no one else checking in on another day can store luggage. It says it is an apart hotel but no one available in person to assist you.

It is like a pull the straw game - if you are lucky you are lucky, if not you will sleep in a dungeon with locked windows and views not ‘on’ but ‘from’ the road. With windows that give on the road directly, you won’t be able to pull the curtains unless you want to give a show of yourself to the passers by. So the net effect is - the room is in the dark, day and night. They say the pics give the idea - they don’t - they say pics show clearly that there is a building right across the road. Find a building in Florence where there isn’t a building across the road. The groundfloor rooms are probably refurbished cellars and should have remained so. I spent hours texting to have a better room with some privacy - to no avail with one advisor who just worked to find all the impossibilities and all the luck with another advisor who could do all the first one could not. Overall not an experience and quite a headache. There is plenty of choice in Florence and this to me was not a good one.

Convenient location, only an 18 min walk from train station. So close to all of the beautiful sights of Florence. We loved the space and amenities in the unit. Check in and check out were seamless. Highly recommend!

We had a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms that was perfect for a family of 5. The apartment was an old world vibe that was perfect for Florence. They even had a washing machine and dryer for guest to use in the basement. Extremely easy check-in! Everything you need to see in Florence is within walking distance.

We absolutely loved this place—it felt so homey and was perfect for our family stay. The location is ideal, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. The old-world charm of the home is just lovely. It was great to have space to gather as a family, as well as room to spread out and enjoy a bit of privacy when needed.

Our room was great for group or family with upstairs and downstairs sleeping and 2 bathrooms. Be careful on stairs though and if a light sleeper this is located in a neighborhood so you will hear the noise. Easy walk to fabulous local restaurant, bar and gelato plus easy walk to all the local tourist attractions without having to be in the tourist district. We lived our stay and would return.

Very nice and spacious property. Good ambience in the room. We were a family of 5 and all of us slept on a bed. We had two complete barhrooms. Clean and wakable to the iconic sites in Florence.

The stay was amazing! Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and a cute courtyard. Close to the sites and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Location of the property was ideal. However, we had to go up several flights of stairs to get to the second floor with lots of luggage. If you choose this hotel, make sure you are aware that there is no elevator. Pack light the room was spacious, but very loud area. The hotel even supplies, earplugs.

Impossible if you need to be in contact with them, dealing with a Robot over WhatsApp until finally a human calls back, however they are not in Italy but somewhere else in the world trying to be helpful but have not got a clue

We loved the location in a wonderful neighborhood between Santo Spirito, the Pitti Palace, and Ponte Vecchio. It's close to many restaurants, cafes, gelaterias, and enotecas. Close enough to everything to be convenient and fun but far enough from the crowds for quiet. The little apartment is beautiful and clean with 2 baths, a tiny kitchen and eating area, and an upstairs sleeping loft with a comfortable bed and a great shower. (Probably the downstairs one is fine, too. We never tried it.). One caveat: watch your head upstairs. Low ceilings. We also loved the easy in and out by code lock. Thank you to the friendly cleaning staff!

Wonderful apartment a short distance from the Ponte Vecchio. Perfect size for our family of five adults. Management was quickly responsive when we had an issue checking in and helped to resolve it within minutes. We were on the third floor so there were lots of stairs which could be difficult for some. And the shower stalls were very small. But overall perfect for our needs and we very much enjoyed our stay in Florence.

Nice and convenient ace to stay with the family. It can be a little noisy even at late night hours (11 pm-4 am) with people walking by talking loud, motorcycles and scooters, and also the car that cleans the street every night while we were there. If this bothers you, just have to accept you are in a different place and in a different culture. Just have the experience, you are not there forever.

The unit we stayed in was completely different from the one advertised. I provided Expedia.com with images showing the discrepancies and highlighting the poor condition of the room, which was dirty and unkempt. Additionally, the managers installed a switch to turn off the fridge and cooktop without informing us, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. It took them two days to address the issue with the switch, and after three days of the dust and dirt problem remaining unresolved, we decided to leave the unit early. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve had in over 10 years of booking hotels through Expedia.com. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality control and choice of partners.

We had the unit on the bottom floor it was too loud to get a good nights sleep. You could hear all the passing cars/motos and people talking nearby. We also used the sofa bed and it was terribly uncomfortable.

This room, at first glance was amazing! High ceilings, a dining area, small kitchen, big bathroom, cozy bed. However, bring some ear plugs unless you want to feel like you are either sleeping on the street or in the lobby. The sound proofing is horrible. That alone warrants an average score. However, to be fair, the location is amazing. We parked our rental car 200m away. It's a 5 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, really good trattorias around the corner and very convenient with the keypad at the door to get in and out. But I can't stress this point enough: bring ear plugs!!!
