Palazzo Pitti is a vast mainly Renaissance palace in Florence.
It was originally the town residence of Luca Pitti , an ambition Florentine banker. The apartment is not to far from bus stops and the central railway station Santa Maria Novella.
The building that house in the apartment is 15th century building completely restored.
The apartment is located at the third floor with the lift and it has been completely renovated.
It is composed by a living room with TV, a large sitting area, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Florence is simply waiting for you!

This location was ideal for dining , walking to and from sites and feeling the true Italian neighborhood . Rooms were spacious , and beds super comfy . Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in when we chose to . We would definitely rent again if we return to Florence

This was our favorite place to stay. It’s huge, so elegant, with a marvelous view of the city and il duomo. it has everything you need and is wonderfully cool.The elevator was a real plus. just downstairs is a favorite restaurant, 4 Leoni, and gelateria , Passera. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating. This is a really special place. And the location is absolutely perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in this Florence Apartment. We were able to walk to attractions and had several food options within a short walk. There were partial views of the Duomo from the bedrooms. It was clean and well kept. The property manager forgot to turn on the water heater at check-in so our first showers were lukewarm. We were able to figure out how to turn it on and the later showers were better. We did have to take our trash out to large receptacles that were a few blocks away which was not a big deal. Overall it was a nice stay.

Excellent spacious 3rd floor apartment close to everything. Ellie made check in a breeze and Francesco was easy to communicate with for the booking. There can be a bit of noise from the restaurant in the piazza below and the beds are a little firm for our liking. Well appointed kitchen, two bathrooms, AC worked well. Small elevator in building as well. Would stay there again.

The location is great. You can walk to Ponte Vecchio in minutes. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, which is great for summer travel. Listen to Elle when you check in, her tips are helpful.

This was the first of four places we stayed in, in Italy and it does not disappoint. Adjacent to a lively little square, it is very close to tons of shops and restaurants in the Oltrarno district. There's a modest view of the Duomo from the bedrooms, so there's a little something to look at in the mornings. We stayed here for a couple of nights at the beginning of a trip and then stayed in the main historic district on our last night. For my money, the Oltrarno area - and this location in particular - were far, far superior to the location on the main side of the river. Highly recommend.

This property was awesome. Very spacious and clean with all amenities needed for our 10 day stay. The best part about it was the location. It is in a quaint neighborhood off of a little piazza with restaurants, coffee shops, gelato shop and more. We felt very safe and it was convenient to walk all over Florence from the apartment. Next time we are in Florence, we hope that we are able to stay here again.

The apartment is in a great location and Eleonora was very helpful. The kitchen is beautifully equipped, bedrooms too with plenty of room to keep clothes. Very comfortable, easy access, Large common area but privacy in the bedrooms. Perfect for three women. The views are endlessly interesting and beautiful; will stay there any time we're in Florence. We had an amazing stay in central Florence! The location couldn't have been better, with everything within walking distance. We truly appreciated the quick assistance from our host, Eleonora, in locating the bag we left in the taxi - she was a lifesaver. The efficient air conditioning was a godsend, especially since Florence was sweltering at almost 40 degrees during our visit. Great view from the main living room. Our host was kind and made sure we settled in taking a few minutes to show us the place and ask if we needed help locating things. This was a great property. The owner met us and gave us a nice run down of the property and the area we were staying in. the condo was so spacious! We are a group of 5 adults and we had so much room. We loved the area. The square below the apartment has one of our favorite restaurants we tried in Florence and it was very near everything we wanted to go see. Would highly recommmend!

Best part of property was the location. It was large enough for a family of 6-7. Kitchen ok, not fully equipped to cook. Bath floors slippery when wet. One shower didn’t have anywhere to put soap/shampoo except on floor. With a little fine tuning, apartment could be better.

We are two seniors from the US. We stayed three months and loved the apartment. I would give it ten stars! Apartment really pretty with everything you need. The location super close to all the sites and restaurants. In fact the best gelato in Florence is right down stairs. There are a bunch of great wine bars in area. Lack of experience due to mistake on the owner renting schedule. Left without accommodation because flat overbooking and not any help received in finding a solution when owner cancelled between 6.15 & 7 pm. Not any compensation while if I had cancelled I would have lost the whole amount. POOR consumer care, complete LACK of concern for the ORDEAL created by OWNER MISMANAGEMENT of his use of several platforms. In addition owner through the platform strongly advised to book a parking close by that we could not use. Not answered the mail sent I this. IN short: ONLY available to cash rent and NOT RESPONSIBLE for the consequences of HIS MULTIPLE USE of Renting channels BEYOND POOR 2 days later still way for answers and compensation

A family of five stayed super comfortably! Elly was our gracious host making sure we got there ok, that we knew where we could park our rental, and where to go to eat or sightsee. She was full of information!! The apartment was beautifully decorated, and it is sooo spacious! Bathrooms are small but the other living areas are very comfortable. Its location was perfect! Ponte Vecchio is not far. The apartment is by Ponte Santa Trinita. The 4 Leoni Ristorante is a few steps away and it is also very delicious and convenient after a full day of sightseeing and walking. The apartment also has AC, which was really convenient during the unexpected heat wave in Italy. Having a washer was great too! We did day tours to Tuscany and Cinque Terre and both tours departed close from the train station, which is about a little less than a 15min walk from the apartment. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment!! Can't wait to come back!! Ciao, Firenze!

The apartment was beautifully appointed (great kitchen, washing machine, etc.). Beds were comfortable. Comfortable seating in the livingroom, too. One can actually see the Duomo and Giotto's Bell-tower across the river from one of the bedrooms. We enjoyed leaving the windows open and listening to the swifts fly aboutThis is a perfect location, just minutes on foot from all the major venues (piazzas, galleries, palaces, churches, etc.) in Florence. We could rise before 6 am and see the streets and piazzas of the city before the crowds descended!

Our family of four adults loved our stay in this apartment. Elly, the property manager, was so very helpful, check in was so easy. The apartment is located above a busy little area that has the absolute best gelato in Italy. All the major things to see and do were within a 20 minute walk. Pros: + great location in oltrano + large and spacious + lots of towels and sheet + elevator was great + great light + big fridge Cons: - low doors and one of the bathroom had a beam around 6’8” - water pressure varied greatly from good to a trickle. That confused the hot water heater, which shut off the hot water - on a little square that had a bit of noise but once I put in earplugs, I did not have a problem.

We stayed in Santo Spirito because we wanted to be in a less-touristy (more authentic) part of Florence, but still within easy reach of the major sites. That choice worked out really well for us and this apartment was perfectly placed - it's a 2 or 3 minute walk to be at the Ponte Vecchio, but is right on a fun, lively square (note: the bedroom that overlooks the square can be noisy - we loved hearing the nightlife and energy of the square, but if you're a light sleeper, choose one of the bedrooms further from the square). That square has a gelato place, a couple of pizza/pasta options, and an excellent traditional restaurant) (and you're within easy walking distance of many more). The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, the living room with its 2 couches a natural spot to hang out (or the dining room with its large table), the kitchen functional with everything you could need (although we ate out a lot - did I mention there are a huge number of options close by?) and the 2 bathrooms accommodated the 6 of us well (the showers are smaller than normal by American standards - wasn't a problem for us, but people with mobility issues might find them a challenge). Communication with Eleonore was fantastic - she was responsive, gave us a bunch of suggestions of things to see/places to eat, arranged transportation to the airport (and a taxi to the train station for one couple going on to Rome), and checked in with us a couple of times to see how our vacation was going and if there was anything we needed. I've rented a lot of places over the years and Eleonore was one of the best hosts I've had. Her English is great, but she was very tolerant of my attempts at Italian, which I appreciated. All in all, the combination of the location, the accommodations, the customer service, and price could not be beat. Very happy with the whole experience.

This was a return trip for us to Florence and we chose to stay at this same apartment because of the amazing location and the space it afforded our group of five people. Check in was efficient and we appreciated the map provided with local highlights. We met friends at the restaurant Quattro Leone which is very close to the apartment and the meal was excellent! There is a delightful coffee place in that same little square so breakfasts were easy. We will stay here again when in Florence.

We were a family of 5 adults who stayed 3 nights in this spacious apartment. It was very clean and close to the wonderful Ponte Vecchio bridge as well as many good restaurants. Eleanor greeted us at the apartment and made sure we understood lights, locks and other amenities. We had a GREAT stay here and highly recommend!
