Konum. Santo Spirito çok güzel bir bölge. Genişlik. Daha önce kaldığım loftlardan daha geniş idi.
Merdivenler. Eğer büyük bavul ile gelecekseniz bilmeniz gerekiyor. Ses izolasyonu. Son gece fare var diye yerimizden fırladık, oysaki yan apartmanmış.

És un apartament acollidor i amb tot el necessari per passar una estada breu a Florència. Molt ben situat, al costat de l'església del Santo Spirito i el pont de la Trinitat, i amb el centre històric a prop. Restaurants, bars i cafeteries en la zona amb un ambient tranquil.
Cal pujar unes quantes escales per arribar-hi i l'edifici no té ascensor. En el meu cas no ha estat un problema perquè només duia una motxilla. També vaig trobar una mica desmesurat haver de pagar 50€ per arribar fora de l'horari del check-in.

Great location - a nice quiet base, walkable to everything we needed. Relatively well-equipped, able to prepare some of our own meals. Always comfortable, with good aircon. Great communication with the host, and very clear and helpful instructions for our stay.
Three flights of stairs with luggage was an effort (but our host very kindly helped us carry things up at check in). The place is a little older, but still very clean and comfy.

Jättebra läge, bra kommunikation och bemötande från ägaren.
Ingenstans att torka handdukar, de va konstant fuktiga under hela vistelsen och började stinka i slutet. Renlighet golv, sprucken toasits och vattentryck i dusch. Lyhört trapphus med dörrar som smäller, barn som skriker och grannar som väsnas både hemma och i trapphus tidigt på morgonen.
