Posizione invidiabile in pieno centro vicina a tutto! Appartamento datato ma comodo e spazioso, perfetto per una famiglia numerosa come siamo noi con 3 figli!!! Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Nella seconda camera non andava il riscaldamento ma ci hanno lasciato una stufetta elettrica che faceva un bel caldo, l'ho tenuta bassissima!!! I gestori sono molto disponibili e gentili!

Location is excellent, right near Santo Spirito The one large bathroom (has shower) The washing machine and provided laundry detergent. Good size kitchen and fridge Double glazed windows work well
No air con or fans so very hot in summer There is no second bathroom, it’s a toilet only at front door. No natural light Upstairs guests walking around is REALLY loud. Dark entrance and stairs The bathroom is like an ensuite so off one bedroom. This would be ok for families.

The garbage that the guest have to throw when leaving, is at two blocks from the apartment
