Romantic Pitti is a charming apartment located on the third floor of a historic building that overlooks a quiet street close to the wonderful Pizza de' Pitti in Florence. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The house is able to accommodate up to 5 guests and is equipped with all the necessary comforts to guarantee you a pleasant stay both in the case of a short stay and during a longer stay.

Our welcoming host met us at the doorstep and helped us figure out the hot water heating system. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so be prepared for stairs! But we really enjoyed the neighborhood and being so close to the Palazzo Pitti and Boboli gardens was a treat!

Spacious for family of 4.
Great location to explore Florence. Better to stay in Oltrarno, more choice of restaurants and wine bars.
20 min walk from station. 10 mins from main sights.
Kitchen fairly well equipped for self catering.
No kettle!
Decent supermarket within 5 min walk with fresh deli counter.
Mossies a problem!
Third floor apartment so not suited to poor mobility.

The kitchen didn’t have towels and the host didn’t seem to mind us using bath towels instead when we mentioned it. The stove top didn’t work properly and only 3 of 4 burners. The toilet seat is loose too so in general the place could use a bit more care/attention for guests. There seemed to be 3 people communicating too which was confusing.
