About this apartment rental
Nice apartment with large living room and sofa bed, two bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. Another bathroom accessible from the lounge. Large kitchen and all equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and everything needed for cooking. Located in a beautiful building on the 4th floor with elevator just steps from Santa Maria Novella Station. Air conditioning and WIFI free, TV in all rooms.

Very nice large apartment, close to the main Florence train station. It took about 5 mins to walk to the apartment from the train station, which worked well for us, since we day-tripped from Florence.One bedroom has additional bunk beds, beside the main bed. A functional kitchen, although it could use a new tea pot.There's a small elevator to take you to the 4th floor (it can hold 2 people-or-1 person plus luggage!).The property manager was very responsive to our questions. We had some AC issues, which they addressed as best they could (the AC needed a new part).Overall, a good property.

We always try to get a place close to the train station. This was right around the corner. It was very nice and we would rent it again.
