Rodolfo Suite

The apartment was spacious and clean. It is close to Florence train station and within walking distance to various sites.

Location

Facilities needed to be more of.

Very spacious with plenty of room for our 4 guests. Air conditioning, terrace, and kitchen facilities were excellent. Beds were super comfortable and rooms had plenty of space for suitcases etc.

Upstairs rooms (twin beds and double) up a very narrow and rickety flight of stairs. These are attic rooms with a sloped ceiling - tall guests beware. Upstairs bathroom (toilet and sink only - shower downstairs) particularly low ceilinged. Not enough toilet paper supplied for our stay, and we had to buy more. Only one key card provided which had to be placed in a slot for electricity to work (we tried using other cards with no success), which made coming and going a bit tricky if we wanted to split up. Communication very poor. Property failed to respond to an enquiry about adding additional guests prior to the closure of the free cancellation window. When we enquired about a waiver of the free cancellation policy due to this communication failure, and after finding a much cheaper equivalent accommodation, the property stopped responding and also ignored attempts from booking.com agents to get in contact.
