Excellent stay and great value for money.

It was well appointed in a great area with excellent local restaurants and bars within walking distance. The accommodation was perfect for us…very clean and in great order.

An amazing stay in Florence!

Everything was super smooth and lovely. The team were very responsive to all our questions, the apartment is much larger than the photos appear, we had a lot of space and privacy as a group of five. We loved being in Oltrarno, across the busier/more touristy side of Florence. There are so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes on this side of the bridge. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed and stocked. It had everything we needed and more, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. You are just 10-15 minutes away from the 'touristy' side of Florence so the location is also great.

It does get noisy later in the evenings, and you can sometimes hear the ruckus outside from the main living room area and first bedroom, but we anticipated this from reading previous reviews, so it wasn't too much trouble for us at all but something to keep in mind if you are a light, sensitive sleeper.

The location was good. Lovely clean spacious property, especially for a group of 5 adults. Nice comfortable decor. Had everything you’d need for a short to medium stay.

The noise from the street outside, bin collections, street sweepers etc in the early mornings. The lack of sockets. For a group of 5 adults, there weren’t enough sockets to charge phones etc.

Great location, very clean, and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable.

Host never disclosed that the building was undergoing construction/renovations. We arrived and the whole building had scaffolding set up. The noise from the street can be loud, especially during the weekends, that can be heard from the living room and first bedroom. Mainly bottles/cans being deposited into the street trash cans as well as city trucks picking up those bottles/cans.

Terrific base to explore Florence

The apartment is in a lovely old building, very spacious and well appointed. The neighbourhood is very interesting and arty, with lots of good bars and restaurants, inc. the terrific trattoria downstairs. We appreciated having a dryer as well as a washing machine.

The only thing that really bugged us was that we couldn’t get the shower head in the en suite to work, only the handheld ‘wand’. Fortunately the shower in the second bathroom was fine, so we all just used that one. unfortunately, throughout our stay there was maintenance work being done on the outside of the building (right outside our windows), which was noisy and also meant we couldn’t open the shutters to let in any natural light or fresh air. This was just poor timing but it would have been nice to be given forewarning.

Easy, comfortable, well located.

The location is incredible, easily able to get to all the main attractions in Florence in a quick walk. Loved the water, tea and coffee available. It was very easy to gain entry to the property using the phone number provided and then the code. Check in and check out were easy to organise on the portal and all the information was available in one place.

Another set of keys would have been useful. It would have allowed us to split up more easily. Probably our fault bit couldn't get the air conditioners to work very well so quite hot at night. The front bedroom is noisy, to be expected with traditional single glazed windows and in the middle of the city so I wouldn't rate the stay down for it.

Clean and comfortable in the city center

We were in the center of florence, everything was very clean and we had everything that we need. In adition of what was written in description and photos, there was one aditional double bed which realy helped us, group of 7 to stay comfortable. Wifi was very good and also there was 4 air conditioner so we had cool air in the property always. Totally recomended!

Spacious, charming and close to everything.

The property was spacious, clean, and a cool retreat from the summer heat. Location was within a short walking distance of the river and all the attractions. It was in a quiet area just around the corner from the river. Florence was the second stop of our vacation and the washer and dryer came in handy. I was worried about the elevator because some reviews said that it was too small but it was fine. We used it when we arrived and when we checked out. Other than that we just used the stairs. Each of us went in the elevator one at a time, with a large 30” suitcase and a backpack. It was quick and much better than lugging the suitcase up three flights of stairs. It was a gorgeous property and I highly recommend staying there.

Noisy .. noisy .. noisy. Windows are not sound proof and with such location we couldn’t get any sleep. Restaurants are noisy until 3 am and then cleaning and then garbage collection!!! Also floor wasn’t clean at all… shower in the master bedroom was bad

An amazing Apartment!

This apartment was Amazing! We did a tour of italy staying in several cities and this by far was my favorite place. It was so large and very clean. The location for us was perfect. They have a working elevator so that you can send your luggage up. We really appreciated that amenity. Communication with the host for check in was very easy. We were so sad to leave. This place was perfect!

There is not a thing I can think of that we didn't like.

Apartment is very clean and renowned!

Location is not in quite area. Be informed, you can't sleep till 4am every day because there are a lot of bars and restaurants on the ground floor. Municipality services are too loud. If you are looking more relaxed area - this one, unfortunately, is not for you.

The bathroom in one of the bedrooms could use an additional light but not a big deal. o think it would help to have one though. If noise bothers you at night bring earplugs. People hang out until late downstairs at the cafes.

Nice location, spacious but noisy and run like a busy hotel

The location is perfect, close enough to all the sights but in a quieter neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious and bright and very clean.

The windows are not double glazed so it's very noisy both at night (lively area with people outside until late) and morning (cleaning machines and cars). The shower main head didn't work. The Airbnb is run like a busy hotel, trying to be too efficient and a bit chaotic. When we arrived the keys were not in the locker, after some confusing messages we found out the cleaners were inside.. Once inside the cleaners told us to leave the house because they were not finished. Later when we came there was no hot water, I had to find the water heater and turn it on and reset it. I think all this would be solved if they had a person checking in guests and making sure everything is in good order and being helpful. Next day at 10am sharp the cleaner came, apologising that he was disturbing us and that he was in a rush.

Agradable para unos días en familia

La ubicación y la amplitud para 7 personas, así como 3 baños disponible, estaba bastante bien. La reactividad del personal, sobre las 23:00 pm avisamos que no funcionaba la calefacción y en 15 minutos estaban allí para solucionarlo. El menaje de cocina muy bien, tenía de todo.

El check in nos resultó complicado, ya que para entrar dentro del portal teníamos que llamar un número y según lo que te decían en automático en inglés o italiano , tenía que elegir una opción para que te abrieran, al no hablar ningún idioma nos costó conseguir que abrirán. Por otro lado en el mismo momento entró un vecino y no nos dejaba entrar , bastante desagradable.
