The position is great, very close to palazzo Pitti and city center. Good value for money. There are 2 bathrooms, the rooms are quite big.
It was challenging to start the heating, but we did it ;) If you have heavy bags it could be a bit hard to climb the stairs till the 3rd floor... We had just backpacks so no problem for us.

Exceptional
The appartment is very cozy, huge and unusual. It has two floors and two bathrooms - it was very comfortabl for us. There are fully-equiped kitchen, big dining room with big sofa bed and two bedrooms. It has 3 air conditioners - one of them was leaking but was not a big problem. The appartment is situated just in front of Boboli gardens and very close to Pitti palace. It will take you about 7min by foot to reach Ponte Vecchio and city center. Don't use google maps to reach the appartment - the coordinates are not correct, just watch the numbers on the houses.

Appartamento in centro vicinissimo a tutto! Riscaldamento autonomo, appartamento molto caldo e acqua calda.
L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore e con molte scale corte e ripide. Inoltre, sarebbe bello avere una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. Il divano è sbilenco al centro, quindi non è molto comodo.
