Great place to stay in florence!

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the beautiful balcony. It was as gorgeous as pictured!

The showers were definitely smaller we didnt really see how small it was based on the pictures but I am a petite woman and barely had enough room to turn around. It was tough to bathe the baby as well.

Great Stay

Stunning building and very spacious apartment. Bed very comfortable and nice clean sheets. Large family group of us so good to have 2 shower rooms. Plenty of towels. Air conditioning was good as it was very warm during our stay. Well equipped kitchen. Terrace is an excellent space to sit out and a very quiet neighbourhood. Was visiting with twin babies, so I was given the use of the lift. Great location for the train station and walk into the centre of Florence. Communication was good with owner, who responded very quickly to any queries. Free WiFi that was good.

These are not negatives just little comments to help others- Little jobs need doing such as the shower raisers are broken. No toaster .... unless we couldn't find it. Oven trays were dirty but nothing we couldn't wash

Excellent and we had a great quality time

It was spacious , very clean , all the necessary items were available. we were a group of 8.

However, it would have been little more better, if there is a second mirror out side of the bathroom

The Veradah and large space

Lift not working! which was very uncomfortable for guest with ostioarthritis climbing 3 floors. Memory foam beds and pillows very uncomfortable utensils especially pans in kitchen require renewing

Wonderful place

We had loads of travel dramas getting to Florence due to bad weather and Caterina was super accommodating. The apartment was perfect for us.

The front door key isn't the easiest to use (you have to pull it out a bit, brief panic before we realised that). Wifi isn't available in all spaces. These are incredible minus points which really shows how great everything else was!

Stylish, spacious apartment in an excellent location.

This apartment is fantastic, ideal for our group of 8 with large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely terrace. The location is ideal with just a short walk to the tram stop. We loved it !!

We were a group of five women and three men and we found the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms a little frustrating. Getting ready for a night out was difficult with the only mirrors being in the bathroom where others were getting showered. We also found the keys difficult to use in the main door and the lift key did not work. Minor niggles only.

I was feeling like home

Big space, equipment, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, enormous terrace with view at the Dome. Everything was excellent! The contact with the owner was great and very fast.

The location and how spacious it was, how fast the hoster would answer and the facilities itself was really great in general

Some of the beds are not that comfortable and the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the common places(kitchen and balcony). And the hoster was really nice but the friend that came to us, was really nice as well, but unfortunately his English was not good enough to answer some question and help us

Really good and clean place. Owner very helpful.

It is a huge 9-beds flat, located on the top floor. Each room was very comfortable. It has 2 bathrooms. We were provided with clean sheet beds, covers, pillows, towels. All good! Note: there is a good parking garage close to the flat (Garage Porte Nuove Parking Firenze) something like 7-10min walk.

We had a wheelchair with us and luckily the building has a lift but to reach the lift one must go through some stairs first. Obviously, this is not the problem of the flat owner. Just mentioning it in case any wheelchair user considers this flat.

Located close to transportation and great apartment

Great location close to train station and metro return to airport. 15 Minute walk to the best rated pizza restaurant in Florence. Apartment worked perfect for our large family group of 10. Communication with host was great, highly recommend. We'd stay here again if visiting Florence.

Terrace is a wonderful addition. The whole apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The elevator didn't seem to be working and its on the second floor. We couldn't find the iron, and the door handle came off in my room. Not an actual problem, just flagging

Spacieux et confortable

Appartement très spacieux, chambres confortables, cuisine parfaitement équipée et belle terrasse.

Il n'y a pas de salon c'est dommage. Nous aurions préféré un salon commun plutôt qu'un fauteuil dans chaque chambre. Aucun miroir hors de la SDB (pas pratique pour se préparer quand on est un groupe). Douche minuscule et manque de pression.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, gut geschnitten mit großzügigen Zimmern, die hübsch eingerichtet sind. Eine große Wohnküche lädt zum Kochen und Essen ein und die Terrasse ist wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer.

L'appartamento è ben diviso, pulito e comodo. Ha 2 bagni con 2 docce e una cucina comoda e grande. Tuttavia gli asciugacapelli presenti nei 2 bagni funzionano per qualche minuto e poi si spengono perché si surriscaldano, quindi consiglio di portare l'asciugacapelli da casa. Nel complesso l'appartamento è ottimo, l'host è gentile e disponibile e ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. La posizione è piuttosto comoda, è vicina alla stazione e a circa 20 minuti dal centro.
