Decor and furniture a little tired

The kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment was spacious with large beds and good sunlight.

The place was almost perfect. Nothing to complain

The beds were quite comfortable and the aircon after a long day in the heat was perfect

The customer service line was some of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I had trouble receiving the check in instructions as well as the actual address of the building so I called the CS number as instructed. The man who answered repeatedly yelled at me when I was not receive his messages with the correct address and would hang up before each issue was resolve. It took 5 individual calls to actually get into the building, all of which he yelled at me for not listening or using WhatsApp incorrectly I guess. It was honestly funny how shocking his behaviour was. It’s a shame as the room was lovely but I would never book with this company again.
