Great little AirBnB in an excellent location. Loved the greenery and the little balcony - very peaceful. Thanks for the coffee it was appreciated. The place is clean tidy with all you need. Hot water good shower. Air conditioning was great lift to the floor was helpful and no noise. Communications were excellent and Caesar did a great job giving us a locals’ view of the town.
The towels were a bit thin but can’t complain about anything else. A few issues with general maintenance but nothing major.

It was spacious and very convenient location
Instructions for the oven would have been useful as there is no microwave.
Once I knew how to operate it was fine.

The hosts were excellent. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was minutes from the train station and numerous restaurants. Just about all the Florence sights were within walking distance. The apartment has a Small balcony which got the sun around noon, quite rare in Florence. The kitchen was well stocked with all your basics including oil/salt
Unfortunately the mattress was incredibly hard. I have never had a problem with hard/soft mattresses before but it was so bad my husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch. The bathroom, whilst clean, is in bad need of an update. Shower head is not adjustable and you can’t get your head under it. Towels also need to be replaced as they are very old.
