We appreciate the room's spaciousness and cleanliness, along with the presence of air-conditioning, which is great. It is unfortunate about the shower doors which is hard to slide and the moldy wall around the shower. Also, was only provided shampoo and no body wash, but that's ok. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was close to a tram stop, and felt safe.

I’m not sure how this place has such good ratings, because my experience was terrible. Our room was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures in the booking. Completely different room. Some of the pictures on Expedia are straight up taken from a different hotel. Most of the property info is misleading as well. Staff was not friendly and barely spoke english. I stay at motels in the US all the time but this was much worse. I unfortunately had to book a different hotel last minute because the conditions were unbearable. Basically just a bed and a toilet

The contact was slow and the information was contradictory. The facilities were poor, the room was spartan and very noisy. The bathroom had no storage space and the bathroom door squeaked. The breakfast was a joke, on the first day there was a packaged croissant, after that none. You could have helped yourself in the hallway. Everything was not very hygienic. I would look for another hotel.

The managers were very kind and communicative. The only thing that would prevent me from booking again is the thin walls between rooms which makes it feel less private sound wise - I could hear the guy down the hall practicing and my neighbors’ conversations and didn’t want to turn on the TV because I didn’t want to disturb others.

We had a terrible experience at the property, we were asked by the staff to be in two different rooms on two days so we had to waste time packing our suitcases each day. Our suitcases were moved to an open room which didn't have air-conditioning and despite our complaints and requests no resolution was provided. Worst experience and ruined our Florence vacation.

The centre of town is walkable in 15 mins and the bus and train stations are a 10 mins walk away. The decor and shower are slightly outdated, but the property is clean. The BIG problem came when we were given the wrong information (incorrect entry code) to the front door. It was VERY late at night and we were standing outside the property for at least 45 mins trying to get in touch with someone to help us. In the end it wasn't even the person in charge of the hotel who helped, but the bookings manager. We never received an apology.

This property is nicely located, only two stops from the train terminal via tram. Sam was extremely helpful in giving us suggestions and details on how to get around. I did not realized this was a B&B until we arrived, but overall it was nice.

Walkable distance to center of Florence. Tram at the door when needed. However, nothing in the neighborhood; for coffee, a supermarket. The place needs a make-over. Old furniture, a very small room, bathroom outdated. Cleaning so, so. A serious investment for improvement is needed…

Needs signage inside. I had the worst room, near elevator, air conditioning and right off lobby. Beautiful shuttered windows opened to mini patio with brooms, ladders, hose, etc. Mid night mini fridge began making loud noise and had to find and unplug. Room itself nice. Wish had better room to review.

Very pleased with the fantastic services! The location is very close to the centre centre - about 10/15 minutes walking distance. We had a large, clean & very comfortable room. The hotel is just a bit outside of the ZTL zone, so it was also quite easy to find a parking space. Highly recommend and would book it again in the future. Thanks again to the great host.
